A few days ago I went to return some things and the cashier, an older lady named Virgenelle, her behavior was very unpleasant, haughty and at some point discriminatory. She wanted to buy me things again that I was going to return and she got upset by responding to me in a very horrible way in her voice, the service of that cashier was terrible..
For three days I went with my family to buy from Ross and the cashier Danielle, their service was also unpleasant and terrible, the person in charge of employing them should analyze and see the kind of character that people have before hiring them in order to know If they are eligible for the cashier position, because a customer who receives horrible service when paying for their purchases will think about returning to that store again, as I will think a lot about returning to this store again. ..

It's a disgrace how customers make such a mess in this store. I feel sorry for the workers who have to clean it all up because they just can't keep up with how fast it gets cluttered up all over again. Makes shopping there less desirable.

Decent store with a nice selection and decent prices. My reason for the 2* review is the fact I walked into the store and grabbed the first cart which wasn’t a Ross cart. So about 20-30 seconds into my visit I’m approached by 2 staff members who inform me that they’d have to ask me to use a Ross cart in their store. Seeing I have kids they wanted to inconvenience me to walk all the way back to the front and get their cart but couldn’t be bothered enough to bring a cart to exchange it with if it was a big deal. But my question is why was a bealls cart in your store if you’re standing near the carts why not remove it to resolve this issue? Not that big of a deal but the staff went out of their way to make me change the cart then went on about their way leaving the cart in the store….

I've tracked allot in my life and This has always been a go to.... I love the store in general, but I found it very displaying for the to be a line with 10+ customers and only one cashier... It's 2pm, I am disappointed
