After having my Charlie put to sleep we immediately drove him to Rolling Meadows. Sabrina was so compassionate and so caring and understanding. They were so efficient. I had my Charlie back in no time. Sabrina also filled my cremation bracelet for me. This business is definitely a 10 out of 10! I will recommend them to everyone I know. There prices a reasonable and you can upgrade without breaking your pocket book. So if you are considering having your pet cremated, look no further because this place is head and shoulders above the rest!

We are euthanizing our beloved cat if 17 years today. We planned on cremating him. Our vet uses a place in Carrollton. I wanted a local place. Called Rolling Hills and spoke with Sabrina. Our euthanasia appointment is at 4 pm today in far north Longview. Sabrina’s policy is that the animal must be delivered by 4:30. The website for Rolling Hills states that they have after hours for additional fees. This was not offered by Sabrina. She remained firm that our cats remains had to be delivered by 4:30. No exceptions. Now our cat’s remains will have to wait for pickup and be transported to Carrollton for cremation. Rolling Hills is unable to find 15 minutes of grace in their day. I’m truely sorry for them.

The only reason I am leaving at least 2 stars is based on the services that RMPC DID provide, otherwise it would be 1 star. We lost our sweet boy Moose suddenly and unexpectedly, and it happened to be after hours. My husband and I took him to the emergency vet in town for “storage” until RMPC would pick him up for cremation. This isn’t a review for the emergency vet, however after the initial interaction with them, all other interactions seemed like a joke. My husband and I opted to have a paw print made as well as to receive hair clippings. I was assured SEVERAL TIMES that this would be taken care of. Once I got the call that he was ready, my husband and I picked up our boy’s remains. After getting home and looking in the bag, I realized there were no clippings to be found and we were given a very smudged clay paw print. After calling several times, several days in a row, and being given a different excuse from the emergency vet as to why they couldn’t give me an answer each time, I received a call from Rolling Meadows letting me know they “made a big blunder” and did not get any hair clippings…. I understand that things happen some times, and I was very understanding on the phone at the time, especially seeing as the lady speaking wouldn’t let me get two words in. She informed me that the original paperwork had our request for hair clippings, but that when they changed the paperwork, RMPC failed to mark mark our request BEFORE he was cremated… I was told I would be given a refund for the service and that was that. A simple “oopsie” and and offer for a refund. This is not at all about money, but this week I received a check in the mail for $1.07… That is a slap in the face to tell me that your business’s ”big blunder” that caused me not to have the last tangible piece of my pet that I could have is worth $1.07. That’s not worth the postage and paper mailed used to mail that check to me. I would rather have not gotten anything as a “refund” if that is what they feel my memory of my pet is worth. It would have been much more respectful and respectable to have received a sincere apology in a letter. That is downright disgusting and disrespectful to think a check for $1.07 fixes anything or makes anything easier. I pray to never have to use this company in the future.

I lost my girl on 9-20 due to a brain tumor, and RPC got her back to me in 6 days. (Two of which were over the weekend) Her urn is beautiful and everything included was very comforting. I can’t thank them enough for the kindness they took with her. 100% recommend.

Sabrina was very helpful despite the sudden loss of my sweet mini dachshund on July 4th. Rolling Meadows Pet Crematory made this situation so much easier to handle. Very professional and compassionate. I wish I had known about them a few years ago!

Rolling Meadows is absolutely beautiful, and a safe, caring place where I could rest assured my pet would be handled with care. I lost my best friend a couple days ago, and went to pick him up today. I received more than I could've asked for. I was given a bag with papers inside, that had beautiful poems and how to grief over a lost pet. A written note from the staff, a hoof print with his name on it, a candle with a piece of chalk in it, so I could write his name on the outside. And of course, his ashes. The amount of comfort I felt when I received this bag, is the most comfort I have felt in days since his passing. Thank you Rolling Meadows.

Pulling up to the facility, you see a beautiful gate with green vines all around it. After calling to let them know we arrived, a very kind young lady talked to us with such a soft respectful tone and truly assured us that they would take the very best care of him. This business is very kind and very aware of the grief that comes with losing a best friend. I highly recommend taking your loved ones here.

Thank you for the phone call. I am sorry about the misunderstanding. The call that I received came on the 20th came up as "Video Production" and with all of the fake , scammy calls that I recieve these days? I assumed that this was just another spammer. As I said earlier, everyone I interacted with was very nice and cordial at your place of business. You will get my business again.

I am a long haul truck driver and my blue nose pit Red passed away on my 10hr break. I took him to a emergency vets and their cremation provider is Rolling Meadows. I had contacted them about getting another paw print made however they couldn't. When the vets shipped him to me I opened the box and received more than I am used to.They put a lovely candle holder that you can write on with chalk, I loving typed letter, a grieving packet, with everything except the temporary urn I have Red in, in a lovely paw print tooling bags.I can't thank them enough for everything including the emergency vets for their loving and kindness.

We lost our precious Honey last month. We wanted to give her a dignified end, so cremation was the obvious choice. Rolling Meadows was fantastic, everyone who works there understands grief and pet loss. Thank you so much for what you do, it means so much!
