Atmosphere and employee propriety at this location is superior. Staff displayed an acute and thorough understanding of the products they carry, and a demonstrable knowledge of technological advances in foot-care, like 3D foot modeling. The arch of my left foot is higher and slightly shorter in length than my right, and I was offered 3D printed insoles to correct fitment issues I have always felt but did not know why, until now. Quality and reliability are what make Red Wing a lifetime brand, but this business being locally owned and operated for over 20 years, is why it is a hometown store worthy of patronage. -Thanks guys

The owner of this store is an awesome person because of his knowledge and dedication to customer satisfaction! The owner actually works side-by-side with his manager and she too takes great pride in customer service and customer satisfaction! I have not seen this positive level of customer focus from a retail store in the past 50 years. Please shop at the Longview, TX, RedWing Shoes and Boots store with all products still Made In USA! You will not be disappointed!

Great visit to the Longview Red Wing store...had the styles I was interested in, along with size selection. Have been wearing Red Wing for as long as I can remember, primarily the leather Supersole Pecos. Bought the lined leather Supersole Pecos boots on my last purchase down south and should have stepped up a size looking back for proper comfort. Was all set to buy my Supersole Pecos boots, but tried a different style this time. Emily, Emma and Maddy were a great help, patient, knowledgeable and had great customer service. Thanks! I'll give these new boots a try and see if I found a new, or at least another boot style option.
