I was very disappointed in the services to my wife and I. Even though we did not have a reservation, we went together for a pedicure. My pedicure was very good, but my wife did not get one at the same time. This was to be done together. There were only 2 other people getting a pedicure at that time and several workers walking around the salon. Five other people came in after we were seated and each one had somebody to start their pedicures. When mine was finished, the person that did my pedicure went to begin on my wife. Our services were supposed to be done together and this was uncalled for. Because of this action, my wife decided to go to another salon for services.

I have no issue with the salon itself, other than it is cramped and uncomfortable.
However, the woman who worked on my nails was astonishingly rude and rough.
There was no introduction at all. She was on a phone call when she shoved my hands into a very small bowl. She barked orders at me from start to finish, acting as though she was
angry to be there. She was downright insulting. In hindsight I know I should have stopped her and asked for someone else to finish my nails. Very unpleasant experience.

I visited this nail salon years while home visiting.. this salon was awful, the pedicure was over priced($54) for the results… the filing of my toes and painting was horrible.. I was referred to this place by a friend. It was very evident to me upon walking in every customer did not receive the same service from the staff… I guess my face was a little to dark to experience the full effect of great service despite me deserving it just like ALL customers should.. Do BETTER Pure NailBar and SPA!
