“Had a wonderful experience with one of the nicest people I’ve ever met in my life today. Me and my wife got our passports done at this post office and Gerald was the guy who took care of us. He was so nice and easy to deal with. We had some laughs and just an overall GREAT experience working with him. He was very professional yet kind and patient and made the process enjoyable. In this world that seems so chaotic and hateful great people do still exist and brings me much happiness meeting him and interacting with him. Although we did differ on nfl teams we had some good laughs as he processed our paperwork. He is a very special unique individual and I felt honored to have shook his hand as we left. Thank you Gerald so much for everything you do everyday and may GOD bless you!
