Experienced a minor issue with an Online / Curbside Order today due to what I will refer to as a “TECHNOLOGY GLITCH”. Store associate DEBORAH noticed I had been waiting awhile in a pick up lane and approached my vehicle to see if she could assist . Once she realized there was an issue she immediately investigated the problem and quickly had it resolved. She then promptly delivered my order and loaded my items into my vehicle. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMMUNICATION SKILLS DEMONSTRATED BY THIS YOUNG LADY TODAY ! Brookshires LV on Gilmer Road DEBORAH is a real asset to your staff.

Staff tried to help repeatedly but computer(?) issues prevailed. Continued issues with the app & alternate Id # had to be reentered several times. Longview needs a bigger, better kroger!”

“The staff here is usually pretty great- they seem to care a lot more than other walmart pharmacies that I've been too. They're often laughing and smiling when Im waiting in line and I love that! Depending on the time of day, there can be a wait, but i can tell the staff work hard to get it done quickly and are kind during the process!”

“They are very good at what they do. However; there are some major issues that need rectified. 1) They can’t give you a price quote if you have insurance until you fill the prescription. Who wants to transfer a prescription if it’s going to cost more? 2) Sam’s Club really needs to merge their databases so the pharmacy is aware of who has a Sam’s plus membership (which many of us purchase due to all the pricing perks that it offers for some prescriptions). At the very least, there should be a way for the pharmacy to note our account is Sams plus on their side. I always tell them I’m a Sam’s plus member but when I pick the prescriptions up, they often have to circle back and check the Sam’s Club plus price against my insurance price. This is a waste of everyone’s time. As a major retailer, it’s inexcusable. Last time I got some serious attitude from one pharmacist asking that I let them know I am a plus member before filling the prescription. I DID….I DO! Do better, Sam’s!!!”
“Every single pharmacist and pharmacy tech up there has been awesome but today I had a major problem with Desiree. I was very confused about why I was getting a prescription that I already take and get from my PCP from September instead of getting my usual prescription that last me a month and now I am only getting one that’s going to last me 5 to 10 days I was very very confused as to why I wasn’t getting my usual dosage and she raised her voice at me And had a horrible attitude when there was no need for one and I was not rude first. I am a very nice and calm/understanding person in general. I am disabled, but before I became disabled, because of my autoimmune diseases, I’ve worked customer service for over a decade And that is not how you talk to someone who is simply just confused about something that Is unusual. Like I said, I have never had an issue and Holly and every other pharmacist tech has been great. Desiree needs an attitude adjustment and needs to learn how to calm her tone and not be mean to someone simply just because a patient is confused about Their meds and why the medication from September is being filled in January!! Very unhappy, and would love to speak to someone higher up.”

“I purchased on a payment plan my new hearing aides from Sam's club about 2 years ago with Paul but I've not been happy with them since I got them. First I am so very disappointed in letting Paul talk my husband into not getting the rechargeable hearing aides for me, instead I was told the batteries would last for up to 2 wks. This is a total lie, I'm lucky if the batteries last for 3 whole days. I've since started dealing with another audiologist, Rachael in Sam's, she has been most helpful in getting my hearing aides to working better n gave me filters that I can change out myself whenever I nd n a cleaning tool... Getting in to see anyone can be a bit of a pain n when I do there's usually a bit of a wait. I regret not using another well known audiologist like Livingston hearing or miracle ear. I thought I was going to save money n get top of the line hearing aides with excellent followup Customer service. Now for the 2nd time I've got one hearing aide that's not working at all. Hoping it can get fixed right in the store n not nd to be sent off again as it was the last time that left me without any hearing aide for over 2 wks.”
“I've purchased 4 pairs of glasses from the Optical Center at the Longview Sam's Club. Incidentally, they offer an array of perks to Sam's Club Plus Members. Camysha, the friendly, young manager, always has a smile and professional counsel for me. (or, just a welcomed wave and 'hello' should I pass by her department on unrelated trips to Sam's.) It is a lifelong propensity of mine, when possible, to patronize businesses in which I've met managerial and/or administrative-tiered employees. Camysha happens to be one of those such folk, and this personable young woman gets world-class kudos from this repeat customer.Give 'em a try.”

I was told that it would be the next day before his Tylenol-4 would be ready, but I asked them if there was any way they could expedite it. Even being short-staffed and running crazy, the pharmacist and manager on duty (I believe her name was Michelle?) went out of their way to ensure that it got filled and he was VERY thankful. Thank you so much for helping us out!”
“I drive 45 min to this location to buy my kefir. They have a nice selection and the brand that I prefer. Product is always fresh, store is clean and they have great customer service.”
