I bought a 2015 Indian Scout motorcycle from these guys, last Thursday, on 9.21.2023, and it hasn't even been a week yet and it has already broken down on me three (3) times since then! I even called Chris (the guy that sold me the bike) and told him about it, just to see if they could fix it. That's when he told me that he thought the bike was "as is", but he would ask the financing guy and get back with me about it. That was on Monday, 9.25.2023. It is now Wednesday, 9.27.2023, and it has broken down and left me stranded on the side of the road twice since then, and I still haven't heard a word from him!!!

Have taken my Ram 1500 into Peters for service a few times. Amanda (service adviser) is a Rock Star! She has helped get a major repair completed within the warranty period.On the other hand, service techs need to read Chryslers service memo's a little better. I had two different dealers not know that this truck requires an anti friction additive in the limited slip differential. This miss is what caused my truck to need a new differential and Amanda made that happen within the warranty.

Everything was going fine, I had the car I wanted, Found it on line, Sent all my info. Came to an agreement on Trade in, Then I am told, Sorry , We sold that car last night, OOOPS Sorry, Can we get you into another car, Because that one we just sold to first person that pulled hi wallet out, This is the Kinda dealer you see next to the Rail Road Tracks with 5 cars out front with Flat tires and Bent fenders, You put a Dress on a pig, Its still a Pig, That describes this dealership !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me start by saying, Eric Bell went above and beyond the call of duty for my wife and I. I say this because of April 21,2023 we step into the dealership just before closing time. He didn't tell us the store was about close but, asked us what are needs and wants where. He spent the additional after hours to help us settle on a vehicle. This not heard in todays world. In fact, by 9:30 am the following morning, he had already our paperwork drawn up a different vehicle we noticed on their lot. In less than 24 hours he has us in our new vehicle of choice. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. I look forward to working with them for many years to come. If you're in need of new or used vehicle, you have to give Peter's Chevrolet and Eric Bell a chance. You won't regret it.

I have never purchased a vehicle here. However, I do buy quite a bit of parts from both Chevy and Chrysler sides. Those folks do an outstanding job for us. Dean, Blaise, Michael, John, and Victor are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend Peter's Autoplex for your OE Chevy, Buick, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Fiat parts!

Just bought my second Jeep from Peters, including a lot of aftermarket parts that they installed. Was done on time and looks awesome. Paperwork was easy. I dealt with three people and all were professional. Will buy a 3rd from Peters!

Service manager needs to stop "having 4 conversations at once" openly showing inability to manage his role. Could use a positive outlook on providing service to the customer.
