She cut into the undercoat and Penny looked dreadful. (See what I did there?) Anyway I was afraid my neighbors would think i didn't care for my animals or that she might traumatized the neighbors kids so I called around. This place truly seems to care about your animals comfort and wellbeing. She did really well and I am no longer scared the neighbors kids will think she has mange.The two first photos are before photos

405 W Loop 281, LongviewRecently we were gifted a small aquatic turtle, which we had none of the supplies for. Initially upon entering, I was greeted, and asked if I needed any help. Of course, I'm hard headed and figured I knew exactly what I needed. In any case, my fiance and I walked around for easily close to an hour looking at all of our options, and given that the store was fairly busy at this time and their floor coverage was small, we weren't approached for a while. That being said, when we did need help, the employee we approached was absolutely incredibly helpful and took what time she could to give us advice as new turtle owners.
I could say more, but I'll end here by simply stating: I've gotten nearly everything for both of my cats, my turtle, and even pond ducks at this store. Highly recommend.

3770 Judson Rd, LongviewI used this clinic for the first time last week. They were able to see my very sick horse on short notice even though I was not a client there. They kept her for 5 days and took great care of her! They kept me informed of her progress and called to check on her the day after I brought her home. She's doing much better and I am so thankful to Dr. Bibb for seeing her and treating her quickly. I'll definitely be using this clinic again for my horses!

East Texas Pet Emergency Clinic
812 Gilmer Rd, LongviewCrystal, Dr. Chambers, and Dr. Martin were amazing with my lab mix, Jasper. Jasper had consumed numerous Deramaxx and Gabapentin on a Sunday. Of course our local vet was closed and the closest animal hospital to us, 25 miles away, did not have a Dr available. We drove 60 miles to East Texas Pet Emergency Clinic and all of their staff and vets were amazing with my sweet boy. They immediately took our dog back and started treatment and kept us informed of every detail and did not “sugarcoat “ the possible outcome. Our sweet boy Jasper is still at our local vet recovering but I feel as though he is alive today because of their quick and meticulous actions.

Idk about their service per sey but i did call to inquire on bringing our dogs in so i had a few questions.the young lady did not say nothing mean but her demeanor/ tone was rude and i took it as my call was bothering her (mind you it was going to be north of $250 per dog + the prescription).I began reading the lowest reviews and i can genuinely believe them because toxic boss is likely to bring down the teams morale. Hence, if she is used to seeing her boss treat/say rudely then common sense it replicates/trickles down.It's sad bc they're the only clinic in the area w/ good opening hours and also provide Simparica Trio on the spot.Again, i personally never went there, this is all based off a phone interaction and doing a simple review search to determine my experience was not a one time inccident therefore my review is valid.Oh, also they give a credit (the amount wasn't given) if you provide a 5star rating so, personally i think that's manipulating the high rating for the facility as i wouldn't consider it genuine reviews. just my opinion though!** in response to the owner, thanks for taking the time to reply. In the future I will reconsider and actually come in person. In the meantime i genuinely wish you and your practice the best. I know it's hard work in creating what you have. congrats on that! My call log automatically deletes after 7 days and this was past that. I updated the review to 4 star.

Shelby and Charlotte are extreme dog lovers and provided him with the best care during his stay. He was able to play indoors during inclement weather and also able to roam and play in the outdoor play yard at various times throughout the day so he wasn't just hanging out in his kennel area for long periods of time.Very pleased with our experience and would recommend Dogtown to anyone looking for a safe, fun and enriching environment for their pups home away from home.

Lots of flavor options that I don’t find in other local shops, like my favorite, butter pecan! The ladies that work there are always very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast pie is delicious, especially with some picante/hot sauce, and the (not pictured unfortunately) HUGE banana bread slice was super moist and full of flavor. Definitely recommend coming here!!!

I had my Charlie back in no time. Sabrina also filled my cremation bracelet for me. This business is definitely a 10 out of 10! I will recommend them to everyone I know. There prices a reasonable and you can upgrade without breaking your pocket book. So if you are considering having your pet cremated, look no further because this place is head and shoulders above the rest!
