I stopped by Saturday the 17 of August to look at a car and spoke with Kaleb(KG). We couldn’t get the numbers where I wanted them which was understandable. Monday morning Kaleb from the dealership gives me a call and says he found me a used Rogue. He asked if i would be interested I said sure send me the link and I’ll look at it. We communicate back-and-forth for a little bit about the price and of course they still can’t get me where I want my numbers. I tell him I appreciate it. Thanks for trying. So the next text that comes through FLOORS ME!!!! He says “Hey I completely understand, not everyone can afford nice things .” ? excuse me!!!!! So I text back “Wow and that last statement will have me not ever coming back to Patterson Nissan in Longview.”
I have never been spoken to like that. And I’ve even considered maybe he didn’t mean it the way it come out to me but I feel like if he didn’t mean it that way then after my text back he would have said something and apologized for the comment. So needless to say, Patterson Nissan in Longview will never have my business future or present!
