Paladin truly cares about the quality of life for its residents. The management and maintenance team are extremely welcoming and responsive. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure place to call home in Longview.

Living at Paladin Apartments has been an incredible experience. The friendly staff and top-notch maintenance team go above and beyond for their residents. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and valued. The community is always well-maintained, and any issues are promptly addressed with a smile. The amenities are fantastic, and the events hosted by the management team create a wonderful sense of community. I especially appreciate the free pick-up and delivery service with Village Cleaners – it's such a convenient perk! Plus, knowing that Ion Security is keeping an eye on the property every night gives me peace of mind. I couldn't ask for a better place to call home.

Scammed me out of 150 for holding a apartment they already leased out then denied me afterwards went to ask for 150 of the 200 paid and they refused to give me my deposit back

Friendly staff and neighbors, quick maintenance response and service. There's wonderful play area for your fur baby or babies. Quiet community and accessible to a lot of shops and restaurants.

Moving can be stressful enough without having to worry about all the fees and paperwork associated with it! That being said the staff at Paladin apartments, made it so easy helping out if needed without any issues every step of way they have very good specials and great ammentities that are comfortable to enjoy and use, all the office staff and maintenance are very nice and pleasant to talk to and every question about anything you are concerned about or need to ask is relevant and taken respectfully! They helped me find renters insurance, a moving company and disclosed every fee to me before I even asked unlike other apartments I visited, the layout of the apartments are nice and spacious making it feel more like a home, than just a place to stay! The pool is layed out very good and kept clean all the time and is not bombarded with unwanted guest and the atmosphere is very welcoming..Brittney and Adrianna are so nice and helpfull!! Which in my book seperates all other apartments I looked at.. Its the little things that matter to the spacious workout facility to the free coffee, to the locked gates making it feel more safe to walk on trail and vehicle.. they stay on top of any maintenance issues and respectfully give you notices to when the issue will be fixed if any. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY ISSUES ABOUT NOISE OR UNPLEASENT TENNANTS AND FEEL SAFE WITH THE CLOSED GATES ONLY OPERATED BY TENANTS AND THE DOUBLE LOCKING DOORS TO BALCONY AND TO FRONT DOOR!! It is a very clean complex and rooms are laid out clean and with good colors and great hardwood floors.. I would greatly recommend the Paladins to friends and family, even if it may be a little more in price than others are looking for, it is cheaper than other ones with less amentites and way much cleaner, they have many events throughout year and is a great and safe place for kids..The staff is honest and will take time to answer or help with everything you need! There was no hidden fees or unnessary deposits, I received a discount from first months rent from picking out a watermelon with a number which I think is still going on untill July24th. They have plenty of carport parking and garages which are cheap and keep car out of direct sun, I am very happy that I chose Paladin as my home, the office girls are very nice, and don't tolerate unruly guest and disruptive behaviors and the people here feel friendly and respectfull..

Hi, my name is Noelle, and I'm a Yorkie. I just moved here last week. I love the apartment, it's nice, quiet, and cozy. I especially love it when my new owner walks me over the dog park, and I get to play and run. I've even met some new dogs that seem really friendly. Oh, the ducks on the pond are really cool too!

We have been living at the Paladin Apartments for almost two years. The grounds of the property are clean and very well maintained. The ladies in the office are always super helpful and friendly. The maintenance team is very efficient and they always respond to any requests promptly. Definitely recommend living at the Paladin!

been moved in for some time. if i could move somewhere else cheaper i would. i really don't use any of the amenities they provide so i'm just spending money just to spend for nothing. i hate the fact they can come in your apartment AT ANY TIME for "inspection " i feel like it violated my privacy and as long as i'm not breaking government laws why does it matter what's happening in my own home that I pay for every month. the other residents aren't really nice to me either so that's great.
