My favorite place to shop ? my only complaint would be that the shirt styles have returned to crop tops. They were great when I was 16 yrs. only weighting 116 lb. Not so much in my 50's and weight??? If I was younger I would so wear them.

The store manager as of December 2023 is M****e. She has used employees personal time off without their permission. She talks down to her employees. Complaints have been filed by several employees and nothing has been done about the situation. When an employee resigned formally with a letter and a new job offer M****e trashed the letter and filed it as a termination so that the company can't see how many people are truly resigning under her management. .There was a water leak at one point where water ran through the electrical panel in the back room and employees were still required to walk through the water to get their work done. Before this manager took over the store, this particular employee was promoted several times with 2 pay raises in a 2 year period. Managers like this need to be held accountable. I hope Old Navy headquarters pay more attention to how this store is being run. I don't care if you look up who we are M****e. You are a terrible person. Be profession and get your act together. Your supposed to be a leader and a role model for these young employees instead of hiding in the back room all day and reprimanding people. You don't run anything your employees do.

So mad with this company. I purchased some jeans online and unfortunately they didn't fit. Living in NorthEast Texas we have endured some nasty storms and power outages which have caused a delay on my return process. The store would not return nor offer me a store credit for my purchase. So I'm never shopping at Old Navy again.

The store is very understaffed, and most of the clothing they say is in stock is not in the right spots. Very sad to see it. The poor workers are definitely trying their best and the owner needs to hire more and take responsibility of cleaning up the store.

Had a wonderful experience here shopping for actually birthday clothes from Nana to Kamrye we went back later with my dad and got an extra hoodie so we made 2 trips to this place and had a blast both times actually I forgot the 2nd trip my dad went and we Google duo video chatted and I directed my dad towards the hoodies bc ib remembered where they were and he found the right size
