“This business is usually so busy on January with inspections. I must have waited a good half hour. I was a little agitated because the person who finally got a chance to come out and talk to me, told me I was in the wrong line. This made me upset because a new car came a good 15 min after me and was ahead of me in the inspection line. I would have been super mad but the worker was so kind and apologetic that I couldn't be upset. A kind word can change a person's attitude for the better. Wish I knew his name. Good job sir!”

They will always be there for you after the sale, and never charge for air, or for plugging a tire!!! You would be hard-pressed to find anyone in Longview who would do that, but you will find everyone else in Longview charges $2.00 for air, and $10.00 to plug your tire. “I came at a busy time, and my car failed inspection because of a bulb. No biggie, I ask how much to have them replace it. 14$, for a 4$ bulb. Okay so I do down to O'Reilly's and install the 4$ bulb myself and have to wait in line again. Again, it was decently busy, but this time I passed. Felt like it took an hour or so. Check your bulbs and wipers before you go. I didn't and it took me twice as much time.”
