“The guy made an appointment for me over the phone. He couldn't give me an exact number but gave me a pretty close guesstimate. The service once I arrived was good. They had my vehicle logged in and on the lift. however it still took almost 2 hours to change 2 tires. Now... To the credit of the men doing the work. They looked like they had already had a long day and had already put in their 120%. Still almost two hours to change 2 tires is much longer than actually necessary. It shouldn't take more than 30 minutes to change a tire.”

“Nice, clean, professional looking shop with friendly staff. Really easy process to schedule appointment. Their website allows you to make an appointment online which is convenient. An hour and a half wait is a little ridiculous to plug a tire leak, but they were fairly busy and doing the job properly takes time so I understand.”
