“I went into this location with what I thought should have been a simple fix but was extremely difficult. I believe his name was Dalton he was the only one in the store at the time but was very calm and works extremely well under pressure. It took 2 hours (not his fault I can't remember my password) but he was very patient and was dedicated to making sure I left with a working device since the last store didn't. If I could give 10 stars I would great customer service is hard to find these days. At&t take care of him or I will come recruit him..lol”

“Collin is a world class customer service representative. He willfully helped me move my parents from AT&T to my Verizon plan so they would have signal. He transferred their original phone numbers, data, contacts and tons of pictures. We were completely broomed out of the 4th st location, and never made it past the doormat. He is my new "phone guy" for me and my 70yr old mother. He never hesitated. 1 in four people is over 65..We need more Colllins to help navigate changing technology.”
“I forget the young man's name but I've been here a few times myself just getting help with an issue I had but last time I Brought my nephew in with me to see about new phone and it blew my mind how this guy helped us get the best deal I've ever seen! We both got new beautiful phones both unlimited everything of course and everything for almost nothing at all. I walked in with my phone one line walked out with 2 new phones 2 Lines for less than I was paying for just the one, this guy helped us for a good while until we were able to get everything we wanted and more at a rate better than anything else out there. Go to this store and I promise you will leave happy ill never use another branch only the green st location in Longview. He even gave us phone cases for no other reason but kindness. Big teddy bear this guy was just makes you feel welcome unlike those pushy sales people”

“To be honest, my experiences at Best Buy haven't been the best. The customer service hasn't been something that you could depend on in the past. Lately, the service has improved immensely. I've really been impressed. When you enter the store, someone will immediately try to help you and if you want to browse on your own they will not pressure you. That was my biggest gripe along with a few minor quibbles in the past.”
