I have purchased my face makeup at the store for as long as I can remember! They have always had what I need in stock. The ladies are kind and courteous and always willing to help. They also give me a discount because my husband is a veteran and I sincerely appreciate them for the respect shown. Five stars all the way!!!

I rate them a 5 out of 5. I have always gone to Merle Norman, at the mall location, to buy & pick up Blush, Eye Shadow, etc. But this time I couldn't. So I ordered by phone, which I've never done from them. I EXPECTED a shipping fee IF THEY WOULD MAIL IT.. But NO FEE If YOU ARE LOCAL. Really??So I might receive it in 3 to 5 days & NO FEES?Oh my goodness. I ordered friday at noon by phone. It's now Saturday at noon & they just BROUGHT IT TO MY DOOR. I had no idea Merle Norman would do that. I am blown away! The svc & products at the store are always worth the trip there. But delivery to my door is amazing service!Thank u, ladies at Merle Norman! Your customer service has always been great, but this hand delivery is a huge blessing. I made the best decision a long time ago to buy quality make-up from M. N. & I never looked back. But now your added kindness & service is truly a huge blessing.Thank you soo much!L. WheatPS: I would have given a 5 out of 5 before this. WISH I COULD GIVE A 10 NOW.

When I called they told me I could come get my ears pierced and when I showed up no one could do. Why tell someone you can and then not show up. That is how you loose business. Won’t go back.

I love Merle Norman’s-Longview ACTIVE CBD OIL FULL SPECTRUM 3000MG Salve. I had Shingles in January and The nerve endings continued to Be painful after blisters were Gone. This product gave greatly needed pain Relief and I Am still using it. Thank you so much Jennifer Do introducing me to this product. It’s Great!!

You can tell there is so much passion behind this company and what they are selling! I have super dry skin and always have trouble finding the foundation that works for me. The anti redness powder and timeless illuminating foundation are miracle workers plus the primer makes my skin so hydrated and smooth which lets my foundation that much better! They are accommodating and really take the time to help you find what works for you. Makes you feel like part of the family.

Everytime I go in there the people always are too anti social, and when I go in they are ALWAYS out of the free gifts, this has happened everytime I go in there,then I get a stupid response to it. Oh well, I’m done
