I worked in a drs office for 5 years and only used MED SHOP because they always were the best to handle all the patients issues. Well Now I am the patient and they have gone above and beyond for me. Thank you for coming to pu my lift so you could install it for me. You are the best!

If you happen to be unfortunate enough to be prescribed a CPAP, this is about the only place in town that United healthcare insurance will deal with! That is unfortunate, because you will most likely leave there with very little training and a whole bunch of questions! The thing is that you didn't know what questions to ask until you started CPApping! It is not as easy as it sounds! Trust me this takes getting used to! The unfortunate thing is that you're not going to learn these things from the med shop! I left there with $1,000 CPAP machine a mask tubing and a whole bunch of paperwork! We spent 45 seconds explaining the different maths mask sizes and how to turn the machine on, but we spent almost half an hour going over the paperwork on the insurance! I didn't even get my machine for 2 and 1/2 months! I wish you success! It is almost impossible to get the representative that is in charge of this particular piece of medical equipment and it's only by appointment that you can actually speak to her in person! If you try the walk-in approach, be prepared to stand around in the showroom for a good 20 minutes! Someone will politely come by and ask you if you're being helped, but when you tell them what you're there for they sort of changed the expression on their face and say okay and that's it! I won't go back unless I have to turn the machine in or get a new one, and that's only because that's where my insurance says that this DME is located!

They told me that they were going to call us in 15 day to let us know if medilcad paid for my cpap and it has been mouths now

Don't go here if you can help it. The old receptionist with the poofy white hair is rude every time I have to deal with her. Looking at the reviews several people have the same experience of total lack of respect.They never tell you if there is any issues with filling an order or billing, and if you call to see if it's ready they act like your stupid. ABSOLUTE TOTAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION!!!! This place is garbage and the receptionist mirrors it's values. The only upside to this heap is location. Totally worth the road trip to have my son's vital meds compounded elsewhere.

Thank you for your service Robyn Schneider at MedShop.I cannot say enough good things about the Medshop on the Loop in Longview. Just this week I needed to purchase crutches for myself. Prior to coming to Medshop, I went to two other places (due to my insurance) but could get no real service at all.I recalled how much help Medshop was when my mother needed a walker and instruction.So. I went back to Medshop to get my crutches. The Customer Service Representative, Robyn Schneider, said she did have a size for me. She adjusted them until they fit my height just right and spent a lot of time teaching me how to safely use crutches.Now that is service! I recommend MedShop for anyone needed help with products. Specifically Robyn Schhneider, She was great.Thanks, Terri

I have a family member that is confined to a wheelchair. She bought a motorized chair from here. She is now in a nursing home in Tyler. I called to get the chair seviced and was told Tyler was too far to drive. I'm sure that chair cost several thousand dollars. I bet if I needed a new chair it wouldn't be that far.

I agree this company is a joke! This order for a new bi-pap machine with new settings was very important for my health. It has been over six months of getting the run around. Someone even called and said it was in which was amazing because we complained earlier that day, well now over three weeks later I called them to see if it was ready for pick up etc the woman who answered kind of laughed and said she never called and told us it was in!!!! These people do not care! Save yourself some stress and stay away from them. They think they can play with someone’s life. I do not leave reviews but in this case it is important for people to know who they are dealing with. Call someone who cares!

This company is completely incompetent. Husband had a sleep study in January. I followed up shortly after and was told it could take 3-6 months due to supply and demand. I called in March, was told the prescription was incomplete and they had to send it back to the Dr. Called later in March, was told the doctor hadn't sent it over. Called our Dr. and was informed that they did back in January and it was correct. Fast forward to late April. I called our insurance company to get them involved. Med Shop never sent over the prescription to the company to be processed. Called today for it should have been completed now. They first said there was no prescription and then said they talked to us on the day I got my insurance company involved and we didn't have the money!! Seriously?! This is my husband's health we are talking about!! It's now May, no machine, lied AGAIN and had the nerve to cop an attitude with me. I will never deal with these people! The incompetent, ignorant excuses took us to another company.

This place has the absolute worst receptionist I have ever had to deal with. Here's an idea lady if you're so miserable and hate your job so much that you treat people in need so bad, gaslighting saying you said things that you didn't. then maybe you chose the wrong career. Unless you get some personal thrill from being a terrible person. I absolutely will never go here again.

Do NOT USE this place, if you have a device you need services for instance a CPAP. They will harass you like a loan shark until you bring them the unit. Without any concern for the patients needs or abilities or being in a hospital bed….then after the harassment and you bring in the device, they will try and ask you to sing a AMA, this is so they can try and blame the patient for not using the device and still get paid. Unethical, and indecent people and practices go on here. If you are on Medicaid look for somewhere else.

They have a lots of interesting medical equipment. Some of which Medicare doesn't pay for even if you have a prescription. I was told.
