Customer service leaves much to be desired. All the ladies seem more interested in looking at themselves and looking down on their co workers than helping anyone get what they need.

We have purchased two of the GOLDEN lift chairs from MED SHOP MEDICAL DEPOT- LONGVIEW. These chairs are heavy and well made. The men delivering ( Jason Barber ) and installing the chairs were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. My wife and I highly recommend the Longview MED shop Depot.

My sister tried to get a wheelchair, she has terminal cancer and can't walk much, her insurance will pay 100% but this place denied a wheel chair. This is the sorriest place I know :-(
