I just moved here from California and have shopped at Mac for years. Everyone there is so friendly and I left with tons of samples and my makeup done. I never received this treatment at other Mac locations in the past. A++

I had a great experience at this store. I'm not an expert at doing makeup, but the lady working was very happy to help and very patient. I never felt rushed or like I was taking too much of her time. Great personality for customer service. I will be visiting again for my future makeup needs.

This MAC counter is by far the best in Texas! The artists are talented, fun, and very helpful! I wish more people could experience a fabulous make-over by them. Alisha is my favorite but everyone there is awesome!!!

People at the MAC counter are horrid...I waited to pay only to have the girl help the next people and argued with me about it...rude...MAC in the Shreveport Dillard's has got it going on....you gals need to learn from them!

Very small MAC location with much to be desired product-wise. Go here to find your colour palette & order off the website. Techs were too busy chatting so I had to interrupt them to receive service.
