My surgery went very well and when waking up in recovery in terrible pain my recovery nurse, Angela Howell took such good care of me. She was very attentive and got my pain under control very quickly. It was reassuring to have such a sweet and caring nurse care for me in a very vulnerable time. I was begging for a heating pad when I woke up to help my pain and she grabbed me a warm blanket and it was the best feeling to have that heat directly on my abdominal pain. Such a small thing as a warm blanket meant so much to me in that time of pain. I also want to thank Susanne and Kay on Postpartum for taking such good care of me. When the heat in my room got extreme and wouldn't adjust, Susanne was able to get maintenance to remotely fix. Susanne and Kay were very attentive to my needs during my stay. Kay was able to get me discharged in a timely manner and made sure to have my pain under control before I left.As I nurse that works at Christus Good Shepherd, I was concerned about not having nurses take care of me that I didn't know. It was a pleasant surprise to find out all 3 of my nurses were former coworkers and it really helped me be at ease with my stay. I was impressed with the team in preop and surgery that took care of me as well. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and that I was fully informed of everything going on. Everyone from the house keepers to dietary were kind as well. Thank you all for making my surgery and stay such a good experience.

I had a wonderful experience for my delivery at LRMC. I especially want to thank my L&D nurse Haley P. I would like to nominate her for a daisy award. She was so attentive and such a phenomenal support system through my delivery. I would of even been comfortable if she had to delivery my baby! The world needs more nurses like her. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

I was told by the Medical Center to arrive 2 hours before my procedure, which was ridiculous! I sat in the waiting room for one hour before anyone even acknowledged I was there. After I left the waiting room, the service was wonderful! Everyone was polite, helpful and friendly. They made me very comfortable!

I got SI joint injections and the entire process was smooth. The staff was friendly and professional and the guy who was with me during the procedure as well as the guy who did the procedure were AMAZING!!!! They treated me really good and made me feel at ease.

Everyone from registration to the front desk to the wonderful MRI techs were amazing. Donna and Chris in MRI were very compassionate and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. They checked on me in between scans to make sure I was ok. A+

Dr. Mayer in the ER was incredibly amazing. He was extremely polite and patient as he explained why I needed to be admitted.Brandi our ER nurse was both efficient and calm as she cared for me and answered questions.To top it all off was my night nurse after I was admitted. Abbie was terrific in caring for my needs and explaining procedures. She opened the blinds in the am so I could see the sunrise....so much attention to detail ! She even researched my history and reminded me of a diagnosis from 25 years ago. Such amazing care.Kendall was my day nurse and proved to be equally attentive.The caring staff who brought my meals were pleasant and served with a smile.Our only concern was housekeeping. I had three trash cans and they didn't empty the full cans

I saw a wonderful Dr at the Brest Center. He could not have taken more time with me and explained things any better. Dr. Wiedenhoefer, MD helped be very much. I am willing to wait an extra week to go back so I can get his opinion.The technician that did my MRI was very kind and patient with me. She was kind to my husband also.Thank you for having wonderful people working here. Thank you, Melanie Buchanan

Hospital staff, nurses, and doctors were amazing. Very professional and courteous. Answered all my questions that I had. Good experience. Recommended staff highly.Negative side. Pre-op was a very long waiting experience. Scheduling notification for the procedure is not done until the day before the actual procedure and probably won't get a call notifying you until late afternoon which leaves you little time to prepare.

The care I received at Longview Regional Medical Center was 5+ stars. From entering the Day Surgery area, through holding, surgery, and recovery I received excellent care. All staff was very professional and caring. I never worried about anything. Everything was explained before it happened. Dr. Landon Erickstadt is a wonderful doctor/surgeon. He is also very professional and makes you feel very safe.My nurses were exceptional! They checked on me very very often and they were so pleasant and caring! They were concerned about my pain level and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be! Also explaining everything to me. I thank the doctors and nurses very much for the care I received! Thank you!

Gave birth here recently and loved all the staff that took care of me. A lot of them were so kind and kept checking on me throughout the visit. There were many requests my husband and I made regarding how we wanted the birth to go and post natal care and the hospital was very accommodating and not pushy.

Nurses in ER and in the hospital were very nice. Hospitalist (doctor) nice but didn't read my dad's records completely when he made his rounds. He thought we were there for kidney stone and we were there for a blockage in his intestine. He said he would be back after he read his chart/scans, but never came back that day.

I went to Longview regional to get a bone density test. The service was very professional. No white time. The employees were very kind and considerate. Facility was very clean and inviting to come back again if I ever need to.

Very Pleased with Dr. Marco Chavez. He is knowledgeable in the old & current medications. He treats my diabetes and has time to address my concerns with my health. I spend very little time in the waiting room. His staff are prompt & friendly treats me with respect! I have always been treated as if I am the only patient. I am not invisible!! I recommend if you need a geriatric doc he is your man!!

My dad received the best care! His nurses were very attentive and knowledgeable. They answered each question with no hesitation. The PCT/Aides were so sweet to us. The hospitalist made rounds and made sure we had everything we needed in a timely fashion. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR LEAVING A GREAT IMPRESSION!

All of the medical staff was very professional and informative. They all greeted me with great bedside manner, and expressed compassion with my needs before and after my procedure. My surgeon, Dr. Newlin completed my procedure with precision; leaving me with minor scarring, and very little pain and discomfort. I was well pleased with my experience. Thankful to all involved.
