I could not have been happier with my lock service. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The technician was prompt and stayed late on a Friday afternoon to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend Lock Doc.

I paid $100 to have my car key duplicated. Once the new key arrived it was the wrong key, so I had to wait another week. The lady technician who programmed the key did not program it correctly. The key crunk the car but would not release properly from the ignition. On top of that the same day I received the key it accidently fail on the floor and shattered to pieces. Keys should not break if they fall on the floor. She made it sound as if it was my fault the key shattered. I took my car and key back in; she put the key back together, buffered, and programmed the key so that it would pull out of the ignition. You would think with all the issues she would check to see if it works. NOPE! I was not able to lock or unlock my door. Her comment was that it is responding. Okay, but why is it not working???? I waited patiently and spent my money to get a key that do not work. Not happy!!!!!
