I rented a unit for almost 2 years. LOCKBOX is great, the staff is friendly and they will have the exact unit to serve your needs. Fair priced units, with gated entrance that is only accessible by code.

Excellent customer service. They went out of their way to help me change a U-haul reservation. Renee is definitely an asset to Lock Box. Richard met me on the yard, and had a recommendation even though it was earlier than we originally planned to be there. They helped make a stressful moving experience more pleasant!

Called for pricing and availability and the manager Renee was very helpful and would have rented but it turned out that I did not need a storage unit just needed to rearrange my shed.

I made a reservation for a storage unit on their website and I received several emails with confirmation numbers and storage number, I also paid $25 to hold the unit. I called to get keys a few days before we were going to move things in and was told my reservation was canceled and no one was able to give me a reason why it was canceled and given to someone else. Had a hard time finding another unit somewhere else. It’s been over 2 weeks and still haven’t received a refund for the $25 (I was told it would take a few days for the refund) horrible experience and was NEVER given answers by anyone as to why it was canceled and why I never got the refund.
