When I need to fix things at the house on Lake Cherokee, I go see the nice folks at Lakeport Ace Hardware. Always friendly, always have what you need and it sure as heck beats the hell out of fighting the crowds at the big chain stores.
Keep small businesses alive like this by spending your money with them. Do yourself a favor and go see these fine folks and tell them Tulip from Lone Star Overland sent you. ????

Every employee will go out of their way to help you and if they don’t have what you need, they will try to order it for you. Adeana runs that store well, she’s an asset to have there. For a smaller store, they have pretty much everything you might need and more saving you a lot of trips further into town to fight traffic at box stores.
