Rude people. Apparently poorly stocked. Only got 1/2 my prescription twice in a row in the same week. Had to miss a couple days of medicine. Will not go back.

When the line outside is long I park my car and go inside. Usually there is no more that one person in front of me. That is of course if a yapping yapping lady isn't in front of me asking a million questions. If u need that much info go inside I'm thinking.

Everyone is courteous and friendly. My prescriptions are always ready for pickup. Great place to get your vaccines. Kroger Pharmacy give coutersy calls to let you know your prescriptions are ready.

This is October 7, 2013. Sadly I went to Kroger's on Gilmer Rd. in Longview. The checker had to check and bag my groceries. I carried them to my car. Brookshire's has employees to do this. Also, my Kroger brand milk was not closed tightly and milk was in the bag and on my car mat. Looks like it is Brookshire's from now on. Lesson learned.

This store has the mist erratic closing hours of any business in Longview. It's posted open until 1am on the website, the door says 12am, then several nights a week they close at 10-11pm. The manager of this store needs to go to business school and learn that regularity, dependability, and communication are keys to loyalty! Change your website, google, and make sure to actually be open when it's posted even if the managers have to run the register

I have been getting the same prescription medication filled at this pharmacy for months and it is a controlled substance. I went to pick up my prescription after work only to be told they ran out and won't have any until 2 days later. This is not a medication I can go without. She told me she can't loan me enough until they get some in even though they've done it in the past. I have a legal prescription for the medication and it's not my fault they ran out! I transferred all my medicines to Walgreens down the street.
