Checking out experience was awful, I saw a sign that said Military 15% off for members and family members, I asked the African American cashier and she just stared me and said no only for members and spouses and which my husbands in the Military, she then just stared at my mother and I like we were a burden and wouldn’t even speak to us. My mother felt awful, we’re canceling our credit card and on the phone with HR as I type. Her name tag didn’t even have her name on it and she didn’t give us her name. She was working Monday July 1stbetween 11-12pm

Great place for sales! I have to go back and shop their perfumes! Little on the pricey side though. Not many gift sets with perfumes though!

Kohls is my favorite place to shop with great deals and friendly people. Great merchandise selections to choose from and the sales are amazing. They have bonuses and incentives for shopping like no other retail store. Very pleasant atmosphere and always clean, neat and organized.

Military Monday Discount is a joke !! Shopped there today ( for the last time) and was denied my military discount as they said it didn't apply to what I purchased. Either give the military a discount or don't !! I urge all veterans and active duty military to boycott Kohl's !! This is discrimination in my view !!!

Very nice store BUT, if you need customer service or the bathroom take a lunch or bring a bicycle!! It's a LOOONNNGGG way to the rear of the store.

Everytime I shop at Kohls the staff is friendly and helpful. The quality of the merchandise is top rated. The store is always clean and organized. They have great deals and the points always help.
