Today I went in to get my nails done by Ms. Nikki not knowing exactly what I wanted. She’s so awesome she can always come up with something super cute in a matter of minutes for me she puts her little twist to it. I ended up getting a Pedi as well and omg is was awesome just what I needed to end my week. Ms. Nikki never fails she made my day. I highly recommend you check her out. Call a get you an appointment let her get you ready for the holidays.! Plus the environment was so calming and pleasant all the staff was super nice. i decided to have a girls day out with my friend she had not had her nails done in a while so we went to kathy's nails which i have been to several times myself i never thought that being a homosexual was causing trouble there. i let my friend go first and i was waiting to get a french tip put on my nails after she completed her service she asked the mail technician was he going to do her friend next and he actually told her he does not do men's nails. wrong!... i had been in this place at least four times before and he's the one that always did my nails but he after speaking korean or whatever it was to the main lady walked away and went into the back room i was cordial paper my friend's nails and the lady who owns the place said i will take you right now but she had been doing someone's nails when we got there and was still doing the nails after my friends was done so i think it was a cat and mouse game trying to figure out who's going to do the homosexuals nails. i was cordial paid for my friend's nails and i left and that's how the lady she might want to rethink her staffing abilities. but even though the quality of their work is good they are a bunch of hypocritical racial mfs. and speaking in a different language in front of me they thought probably was beneficial but i understand what they were saying i'm being nice to them this place should be banned it should be closed and avoided it all costs do not go. i myself being gay and in a minority i'm not trying to devalue them as individuals but i must say this..... do not spend your money at kathy's nails i used to tell everybody go there now i'm telling everybody go somewhere else. fight the power and may the rainbow flag fly forever!.... do not i repeat....do not go here!!!!!!!!;;

My first time at Kathy’s was excellent! Kathy’s husband was the technician and he did was very conscientious with my pedicure annd manicure including having Kathy take care of my ingrown toenails because, he said, “she’s very good” and she was ! About 30 seconds to handle my problems and she was back to other customers. I do not live here in Longview but will continue to get my nails done here as I visit often enough to make that possible.Services: Manicure

Thank you for redoing my daughter's nails when another shop messed them up.I really and truly appreciate she is the best we will most definitely be back. She was smiling head to toe and she loves them ❤️.

Kathy was the most professional and kind nail tech I have ever met. I cautioned her in advance that I am a very picky customer and that I am also a licensed nail tech. She straight up told me that she would try her very best to satisfy me but it would take a "try out" to know. I had my nails done by her today and I could not be happier. After just moving to this area I needed to just try them out, one by one. All 3 initial appointments were terrible and I was starting to lose faith. She herself restored that for me by actually listening to what I wanted and taking the time to make me feel like I was a valued customer. Anyone in need of perfection, please give her a try. I will definitely be returning and am soo pleased with her work!

If I could put a negative star amount I wouldAwful service, the therapeutic pedicure is DG brand citric dish soap.Do not know how to apply pink and white set at all.Ummm they kinda of forgot the clear coat!

Kathy half did my nails and made me bleed with a emory board because I wouldn't pay $70 for stilleto nails. None of my nails matched the others. They were all crooked and misshaped. I was only trying to pay $35 so she didn't polish all of my nails completely and wasn't going to add top coat until I asked her was she and they looked horrible. I pay $35 all the time to get my nails done and to have someone do that to a customer is the bottom of the barrel customer service. I really believe that she intentionally messed my nails up so I wouldn't come back so she can only service her higher paying customers. She kept hopping from customer to customer trying to get every penny, but was half doing what she needed to do and touching other people feet and then touching my hands with out sanitizing.Services: Manicures

The whole experience was horrible, so many red flag that I should have walked out before she even finished but I just wanted to get out of there! Another customer complained about her pedicure and the polish work so she went and fixed it for her and came back to do my nails with out even washing her hands! AFTER TOUCHING SOMEONE ELSES FEET! also while she was drilling my nails she used the same drill bit on her own nails because she got paint on them from when she re did the lady’s pedicure, and didn’t even sanitize her equipment before she used it on me, I kinda because she did my cousins nails right before mine ? Payed $65 for the worst nail set I’ve ever gotten, I told her repeatedly about things I did not like and that looked bad and she just made an excuse and kept going, my nails have lint,fuz, and lumps all over them which I told her and she just told me it was the paint, I told her I did not like them and she just told me she worked hard on them and continued to check me out. Just an absolute disgusting and horrible experience will never be returning or recommending this place to anyone!Service: Acrylic nails
