I used this clinic for the first time last week. They were able to see my very sick horse on short notice even though I was not a client there. They kept her for 5 days and took great care of her! They kept me informed of her progress and called to check on her the day after I brought her home. She's doing much better and I am so thankful to Dr. Bibb for seeing her and treating her quickly. I'll definitely be using this clinic again for my horses!

We loved them at first. However the person this clinic out sources to in order to get x-rays, radiographs etc etc etc. emailed us x-rays with no explanation pointing to any issues actually documenting like a professional should. No that didn’t happen. We let it slide. Told our dog needed surgery but needs to lose weight first. No guarantee her ACL would be fixed. Wanted close to $4000.00 for surgery on top of the $ for the other 2 apt (around $800 I think). They OVER CHARGE ON MEDS LIKE CRAZY! Anyway, 1 month later she would not get up. I rushed her to the nearest VET (SPENCERS) which was Way MORE AFFORDABLE & professional!!! Actual written assessment and HIGH TECH up to date equipment showed that my dog had stage 4 bone cancer. She was suffering and they NEVER CAUGHT ANY OF IT after 3 expensive visits! I will NEVER use them again. My dog is gone. She suffered & if I would have been told the FACTS she would NEVER have suffered. They should STOP USING “the person they B out source to”, upgrade their equipment AND DO BETTER!!! I WOULDNT RISK USING THEM AGAIN. Please get a 2nd opinion if x-rays , radiographs or ANY TECH has been used to diagnose your pet. Thx

I would recommend this vet clinic to anyone in the area or visiting from out of town! I am currently here in Longview with my dog from Louisiana, and while we were out on a walk through the woods, she got what I thought was possibly a snake bite or spider bite or stickers in her leg. Welts started to swell up, so I panicked and tried to find a vet in the area. I showed up at JRAC, and they got us in right away. The vet (Dr. Bibb) and vet tech (Kirbow) were fast, kind, and great with my dog. All of the ladies at the front desk were so nice and personable. I if you are looking for a new vet in the area, or you were in a pinch from out of town, check these guys out, they are truly awesome.

BEST in town. They genuinely care about your animal. Went to another vet in town (that I won’t name) who beat around the bush, never gave us a clear answer, and gave us unnecessary medication. Within an hour of visiting Judson Rd Animal Clinic, our dog was loved on, and we were given a clear answer and treatment plan. We won’t go anywhere else again!

It’s taken me a few months to be able to write this, but we lost our little dog Nugget a few months ago to EPI. The techs and doctors here have been incredibly helpful, from the testing and diagnosis to treatment to letting her go. A special thank you to Noah for staying late on a few occasions so we could pick her up from work after rounds of testing. When it came time to let her go, the staff was incredibly gracious and helpful through the entire process. It takes a lot of unrecognized patience and dedication to help us with our fur babies, and this crew is no different. Much love to yall.

After reviewing the Vets in the area, they were the cream of the crop based on reviews. I called the professional on the phone was very helpful. I made an appointment and was in and out of there in less than an hour for a routine medical check-up. From the time I walked into the door to when I paid, it was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Hammons was exceptional, with Patches (my Dachshund mix). This clinic was very clean well kept, with ample parking out front.

I use them for our horses, and I can't praise the staff and vets enough. They always answer my questions and return my phone calls. If you need a place for your family pets to go, don't hesitate to give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

You guys are always nice and take your time with each person. I still am heartbroken over loosing my Gorgeous girl but feel grateful you all took care of her and us in a respectful manner.Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Absolutely the best ever. The doctor told me my baby girl(Xena) wasn't gunna make it threw the night n needed surgery. After working with me on a fee things the amazing man took my baby straight bavk to surgery after seeing g how destroyed I was by possibility of loosing her. They got her back to her old self and kept in contact the whole time. Such a amazing team. God bless yall.

Doctor Lockheart is a wonderful man and vet. Knows his stuff. Has taken care of our horses for a couple of years now. Would recommend him and his staff to anyone.
