We love Jordan Country Day School! My daughter has never been to daycare or even had a babysitter. They have been so kind and reassuring. Ms. Tamra is amazing with the children!! Brooklyn is so caring and communicative. I trust my daughter is safe there and that’s the most important. We really couldn’t ask for a better daycare!

Brooklyn and the staff that has been there since we started Plus my daughters New teachers Ms. Rachel and Ms. Carly my daughter adore in the 3’s!! She absolutely loved Mrs Megan in the 2s as well and can’t wait for prek with Mrs. Jessi!!They have always listened when I had questions or concerns and took action!! I tried calling to see if my boys would be able to attend their daycare and the background music was so loud I barely heard the woman and when I thought she could hear me and I started speaking, she hung up on me. Absolutely disrespectful. I won’t be considering them any time soon and I am not likely to recommend them to anyone I know

If I could rate this place 0 stars I totally would. By far the worst daycare we’ve ever been to. My daughter was here for a total of 3 weeks before we decided to pull her out. She was bit her second week there and they had no idea about it. She was then bit the following week again and the lead 2 year old teacher that told me about the bite and had me initial an ouch report was very rude to me and the only explanation I got was it was one of the 2 year olds this week who bit my daughter and that was it. No other information was offered. After her getting bit twice, I had a talk with the director and asked what the biting policy was at the daycare and was told after they were bought out by hand prints academy, they no longer had a biting policy and was told that they would not be kicking any child out just because they were biting too much. I told the director that I didn’t want any child to be kicked out, but I would like to know what the policy is regarding how they handle it and what they do to like the biter know that that is not acceptable behavior and was told that they are too little to know any better and that they may just be teething. She went on to tell me that a lot of the kids bite other kids while one is getting a diaper change, like this is just normal acceptable behavior. She also blamed it on them being short staffed, but anytime me or my husband picked my daughter up passed 4:00 (mind you they close at 6) they had sent at least 2 teachers home early and had combined classrooms to allow the teachers to leave early. What sent me over the edge was on 2 occasions when I went and picked my daughter up, she was screaming crying in one of the back classrooms and I could hear her from the front door. I go to find her standing by herself with tears running down her face, red faced, and snot everywhere which told me she had been crying like that AWHILE. When I asked the teacher (again she was not in the 18-24 month room she was supposed to be in because it was the end of the day and they combined classrooms to allow teachers to go home early) I was told by the teacher in that room both times, “yeah she’s been crying like that for the last half hour and we can’t get her to stop”. Neither time was the teacher near her trying to calm her down or do anything to help. Never once did I get a phone call to inform me she was upset or anything. The management up there is also jacked up. The first week my daughter was there, Haley was the director. The second and third week we were told (by a flyer posted on the door) that the assistant director Brooklyn was now the director. And when I went the end of her third week to pick up all her stuff and inform them we were pulling her out, there was a different woman who I have never seen before tell me she was the new director. I voiced my concerns to her about the biting and the screaming crying for 30 mins. She then went on to tell me the exact opposite of what Brooklyn had told me the day prior and told me that handprints academy does have a biting policy and that Jordan country day school did not. I’m writing this not to start drama, but to warn any other parent. I have a terrible feeling that more is going on there and that’s why my daughter was bit without even being noticed and was left screaming crying for 30 mins at a time without being consoled. Please think twice before sending your kid here.

My two kids (5 & 4) have been attending Jordan Country for almost 2 yrs. As a single mom for the longest, it was extremely hard to find a trustworthy daycare. I highly recommend sending your kids here! Every single one of the workers are extremely kind hearted and caring for every child who attends. I’ve always communicated any questions I had & they have ALWAYS addressed my questions quickly & professionally. I will be returning once my 3rd child is born!
