My doctor Mrs Lisa is awsome..helped me out during bad weather when no pharmacy was open..never really wait for my appointment no more than 10 minutes and most of the time I go early and I'm seen early..no problems ..I pay my money ,get seen and out the door..maybe not the newest building, but definitely serves it's purpose..

It not professional at all had blood work done in November and still haven't got results.... Instead they just keep rescheduling me... I wouldn't recommend no one to come here.... Maybe they need to get better staff that value and care for the clients instead of being there for a paycheck... I done had enough of this clinic right here.... They just lost me a patient because I'm tired of being upset and my mess not called in amd then they try to get smart with you but they don't understand that I'm the wrong one and I will go somewhere else....

This clinic is not educated in newest treatment, I been there for 2 years and only seen my doctor once and I keep getting transferred to everyone who can't help me rather than speaking to my doctor directly. They are understaffed and seems to only want to take your money but not help you as a patient..if you can avoid this clinic!!

I am a diabetic so I've seen my fair share of Dr.'s. The time frame to get me in was quick and the girls there are so nice as well. Dr. Sarah is one of the most caring and concerned physicians out there.

How frustrating to have to wait a month for an appointment, arrive and "the Dr. is out" but will be available in another month.

I paid $225 for a lie and an incorrect phone number. When I made my appointment at this place, I asked if they diagnose a specific condition. They confirmed that they did, so I made my appointment. I waited a month for my appointment, gathered all my relevant information, and emotionally prepared myself for my big day, when I would finally confirm or deny my suspected diagnosis, which could be life-changing.When I arrived, the staff knew why I was there. The nurse knew why I was there. I went through a minor anxiety attack while waiting for the doctor, thinking about the diagnosis. But it wasn't until I was sitting in front of the doctor when she finally told me that they don't actually diagnose for that specific condition. This was devastating, as I had already emotionally invested so much into this day.She was also rather condescending, making remarks like "Aren't we on the DSM-12 now?" when I brought up the DSM-5. For those who don't know, the DSM-5 is the latest edition. The doctor then left the room and spent some time looking for a place in Longview that did diagnose this condition. She gave me the number of a place she found and I left.I called that number, only to find that they also don't diagnose this condition. I think paying $225 for a phone number is rather excessive, but the fact that it wasn't even the correct number is just salt in the wound. You may imagine my surprise when my bill from Jim Meyer came in. THE AUDACITY of this place. Of course, I immediately called them to let them know everything that happened, as it didn't seem right to make me have to pay. This began a several-month process of being ping-ponged around various people to talk to and make my case, both in their office and in the office of their billing company. Every single time they told me they would call me back, they never did, and I would end up having to call them to find out the status. The eventual conclusion was that I would have to pay because I saw the doctor and she spent the time finding a phone number for me.Therefore, I paid $225 for the lie of telling me they diagnose when they do not, and for an incorrect phone number.Jim Meyer Clinic, if you're reading, I'd like a refund, please. I've been nothing but civil over the phone for the many times I called you, and anyone with a heart would agree I've been incorrectly charged for a service I didn't receive. I'm asking, as one human being to another, please do the right thing.
