Since that time I have bought her an emerald set, a ruby set, a sapphire set (each set was a necklace, ring and earrings), and a pearl necklace, all from Kay's jewelry. I have shopped not only in the Beaumont store but also in Tyler. I have always found the sales people to be knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful without being "pushy". This was my first purchase from the Longview store, but it was an equally pleasant experience. I don't even consider shipping anywhere else.”

“I do not often need a jeweler except the 1.5 years that I need a watch battery replaced. This is on a high-end custom watch rated at 200 meters. Since moving to the Longview area a number of years ago, I did not have a local jeweler. That is until now.Lollar's came at a co-worker's recommendation. Jamie greeted me at the door, was very friendly, and very professional. She got my watch battery changed, and the price was reasonable.I felt welcomed into this place, like I just met with family. Will be going back to Lollar's again for all my jewelry needs.”

“Haven’t been in there since the change over. Was getting my truck worked on next door. Stores was clean and organized. I was greeted upon entry, workers were friendly. During my visit I noticed how amazing the staff interact with customers. I want to say at least 80% of the customers. That walked into the store during my visit. Was greeted by name! They offer layaway on guns too.”
