I bought a very nice and expensive sofa which clearly had a factory defect that this store would not take care of ! After only having the sofa 1 week it looked like it was already used for a year , leather already stretched out and clearly doesn’t have enough batting for support. I was told I had to pay a 20% restocking fee for something that clearly had a defect ! They sent their service man out to my house twice after I called them and complained several times about the problem and all he would do is take pictures! He would not touch or sit on the sofa to see the problem! I paid a lot for this sofa and I’m very disappointed in the quality of this furniture and in the management, both at the store and district level. Buyer beware!! Customer satisfaction is something this company is not concerned with! I will never again buy anything from this company nor would I recommend it to anyone!
