They have my stolen vehicle and refused to give it back. Idk why they think it's right to take peoples vehicles that are STOLEN but it's shady and wrong. Why do I have to bid on an auction on MY STOLEN VEHICLE? On top of it when my ex called to get it back they were incredibly rude and disgusting about it.

Somebody took money out of the center console and some other nic nacs we had hanging around the rearview mirror. One in particular, however, held alot of sentimental value (irreplaceable)

Fast and friendly service. The ladies at the front desk were a pleasure to do business with. As friendly as they were, I hope I don't have to meet then under the current circumstances in the futurebut if I do then it will be a pleasure. Fork lift operator was the best I've seen in a long time. Quite possibly better... just as good as me.... ok he owned that fork lift. Maybe I'll see these people again in the future when I have a dealership license. Thank you IAA

David the manager was nice enough to get a mechanic to reinstall the drive shaft after the tow truck drivers took it off without reinstalling it.
