I was very pleased with how I was treated and the friendliness of the dealership. My salesman, Taylor, was especially personable. He explained things to me and worked w me. I had him pick out the color and surprise me with it!! Got the Hampton Gray and it’s beautiful. Go see Taylor if need a car. He’s a family man and will work w you! Thank you Taylor!!

The service department is very unprofessional and not timely at all. Their cars are unreliable and too expensive to be as crappy.

I went in with a not so normal car buying situation and Destoney was amazing from the first phone call to when I drove off the lot the second time. Between her and Jason they not only got me the exact car I wanted for the exact price I needed it for, but they set me up in a car to drive while mine was on the way that is big enough for the family and super safe. Will recommend any day of the week. The same business in tyler refused my business but Destoney didn't and it made it well worth the drive.

Haven't received my license plate for almost 2 months and my temporary one is expired in 3days had to talk to someone 3 times just for a temporary tag cus they keep forgetting to mail out a new one over night never have issues with other car dealership befor this is the 1st not professional

The detail guys on the other hand never detailed our vehicle even though I asked them to.
Garbage was left in the bed and bed looked like it had dust accumulations mixed with dried water. We also found several empty water bottles under the front seats. Car was not detailed at all.
Shame on you!
