I used H&RBlock before never any issues until this yr. I filed my taxes and was told my return was rejected due to someone carrying myself or children they couldn’t tell me who or how this happened mind you the it’s just opened on Monday the 23rd and I filed on the 15th of Jan so how can that happen that fast and I contacted the irs they told me they don’t know and can’t tell who used my information ?

My experience has been wonderful for 20 years. I moved and used another service in which I will not use again the 2nd year I was in town. Now it's my 3rd year and I'm back with the block and great customer service. I dropped off my taxes on Sunday and picked them up on Friday, the ladies are so knowledgeable about taxes and all the changes each year. Their years of service,determination, loving spirit and smiles is why I will return each and every year.
