Horrible location … one Rep with long hair left side in the back is a horrible person.. she didn’t bother helping with taxes said business over and refused to do ANYTHING this is the 2nd time she proved to be useless… the receptionist was rude and dry personality when I tried to be nice… to both them workers I hope you get what you give full on nasty…

Experience was ok. Felt like there was more that could be done to get a better return. H&R is getting too expensive. Always finding more fees instead of deductions.

Ms. Davis gets 3 stars on High St.... Hands down.... Now manager for all of Longview Sarah/Sara is no good. She needs to be reevaluated. Proper training surely required. For all of Longview Texas stores.

Our tax preparer was very helpful with filing our taxes and went above and beyond to assist us. Everyone at the office was friendly and services were completed quickly. We usually do our own taxes online but went with h&r block this year and the peace of mind in having a professional assist in filing in addition to fraud protection services and others is well worth the fees. We also are receiving a larger refund than anticipated and are grateful for our tax preparer and her commitment to ensure we could receive our maximum return. We will definitely be using h&r block from now on.
