H&R block has always been very helpful, friendly and prompt. I have enjoyed the experience of filling my taxes strangely enough with them. I will continue to use H&R block in the future.

Horrible location … one Rep with long hair left side in the back is a horrible person.. she didn’t bother helping with taxes said business over and refused to do ANYTHING this is the 2nd time she proved to be useless… the receptionist was rude and dry personality when I tried to be nice… to both them workers I hope you get what you give full on nasty…

For $259 the “TAX PRO” wasn’t able to enter my checking account information correctly from a check so my return never made it to my account

Experience was ok. Felt like there was more that could be done to get a better return. H&R is getting too expensive. Always finding more fees instead of deductions.
