We had an unplanned overnight stay due to vehicle trouble on a road trip. The care and empathy that was shown to us while we were there turned an unpleasant event into a reminder that there are good people in this world.”

“This is my first time staying at a Staybridge Suites and I cannot tell you how impressed I am! I travel frequently for work and typically stay at Hilton or Marriott properties. This location has recently been remodeled and is beautiful and the staff is so accommodating and friendly. The rooms are very clean and the beds are so comfortable. There is complimentary breakfast every morning and Monday through Wednesday there is an evening social hour offering a complimentary light dinner and beer and wine. The laundry facilities are also free of charge. I will definitely be looking for Staybridge Suites in other cities throughout my travels.”

“We came to the Hampton Inn after a long drive and after leaving a neighboring hotel (where we had made an online reservation) due to its unacceptable condition.However, upon arriving at the Hampton Inn we were greeted by a friendly, kind and helpful woman who quickly found a room for us and checked us in right away. The property is still new and the room, hallways and lobby are all CLEAN! Everything in the room is as it should be and I think we will all sleep well tonight. Thank you!”

“Miss Gladys you are right and I appreciate that I've always given them a five-star but I told the maintenance guy to unplug the bathtub it's been 2 weeks and it gets kind of frustrating you know what I'm saying but yes I'm very thankful for being able to have a roof over my head but it doesn't matter if it's a high price place or a low budget place but when I explain to the maintenance guy that the bathtub is needs to be unplugged and he tells me he's going to fix it it's been two weeks ago that I've asked him to fix it's about being honest and a man's word come on if a man pays a week of advance every time he should get treated good I've never been late on my rent and I pay a week's advance every time if the customer don't say nothing things don't get fixed and that's how things stay low budgeted but if the customer start saying something about it they can probably up the fees alittle bit and fix the building up but no they won't do that because they want to stay low down come on people let's come up I don't always whoop but when I do there it is”

“The best part of Tru is Aaron at the front desk! I made a reservation online for my elderly mother. She was going to be checking in by herself and I wanted to make sure she didn't have any issues, so I called and spoke with Aaron. He was awesome! Mom said the room was huge (handicap room) and very clean. She liked the minimalist style and loved the automatic blackout shades. The bed was comfy and the included breakfast was good.”

“Don’t let the outside fool you!! Terribly trashed on the outside from them redoing the rooms but the room I stayed in was good. Needs some new furniture and didn’t have wash cloths, hand towels and the bathtub needs to be redone, needs new coffee maker although I have a travel one I carry with me not everyone does…but the bed was Super clean and comfortable!! Pillow top mattress like mine at home and absolutely no signs of insects. Flooring redone, new paint from top to bottom. The staff was Super Nice and certainly took care of my needs. Best night of sleep I’ve had away from home in many, many years. I’ll be going back when I return to Longview which has been a lot the past few years.”
