My grandson 24, had a blood glucose reading of 459 so we rushed to the ER. Within 5 mins of entering the bldg we were in a room, within 15 mins he had an IV and receiving 5 units of insulin and fluids. They ran a barrage of test, leaving nothing to chance, they were very thourghal. He was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and fatty liver. He also had ketones in his urine so they admitted him and doing blood work throughout the night. He was at a very critical stage. Though it was devastating news for a 24 yr old, I can't express my gratitude enough to the staff at Hospitality ER! From the moment we walked in until we left, we felt like a priority. They were very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The PAs were very professional and took time to talk to us and explain things. The aids and nurses were super friendly and very efficient. They didn't keep us any longer than needed, but made sure he was stable. Discharge was quick and easy. The facility itself was beautiful and spacious with many amenities. The rooms were stocked with snacks and drinks. We were given a complimentary "goody bag" and a nice embroidered blanket. We were even offered complimentary massages! Can't beat that! I originally was headed to Good Shepherd ER and my DIL recommend Hospitality ER and I'm so glad she did. I believe we received much better care than we would've elsewhere. I highly recommend this facility.

I have NEVER been treated with so much compassion and complete understanding! I am beyond grateful for each and every person! Even though things for me were worse than I expected, I left comfortable, hopeful, & prepared. And I mention they were fast AND thorough?? Top tier!

I love the staff, nurses and helpers. They get 5+ stars. What I don't like is the way I've been treated by the medical director and administration. I was going there for a chronic problem and put on a "protocol" meaning I can only go so many times a month, which is fine.
The part I don't understand is when they decide they've had enough, they cut you off with no place to go. Pain management clinics around here only treat for orthopedic pain, nothing else. If they can't see it on imagining, they will not treat you. So now that leaves me with no treatment options ever at all. The medical director just up and decided he didn't want to handle it anymore. That was the only help I had. They have no regard for your medical condition and what might happen. This is also happening to other patients as well, I've found out.
I tried writing other reviews as well, but if I didn't take them down, they were dismissing me as a patient as a threat to their good ratings. Since I can't go anymore, I've got nothing to lose.
This has left me distraught and deeply depressed that I do not have any further options for my health care.

It's sad I had to go to this amazing private hospital to find out I do in fact have kidney stones and the public hospital lied to me. They treated me so well. I am beyond grateful for them.

I’ve been here 3 times in a month for a tooth abscess will waiting for my dentist. Each time they provided impeccable service. Yes I needed help managing the pain and they never once made me feel like a drug addict. The last time I went I had my granddaughter and the nice lady working the front made her balloon animals and made her feel special. Hospitality ER sets the bar high. Great job guys. I’ll be back with all my emergency needs. Thank you for all y’all do!

This is an updated review:
I came in this past Sunday with a really bad sunburn and as usual the care was top notch, but what really stood out was the fact that one of the nurse's went outside and got a piece of aloe vera and came back into my exam room and cut it up for me to take home.....WOW!!!! Who and where else does this?? No other place can match this level of quality, kindness, care and compassion. Love, love, love HHER Longview! To the owners, you have an AMAZING team!

So very thankful for the doctors, nurses and staff that helped my son Friday evening. They were incredible and moved quickly. I did not catch anyones name due to the panic we were in but want to make sure they know how grateful I am for everything they did. They went above and beyond and I felt like they genuinely cared. Thank you for everything.

my mom came in with passing out spells and chest pains and she got terrible service. there was a very nice lady at the front desk, Andrea, who went out of her way to help my mom get seen to the back quick and grabbed her a wheel chair as she could barely stand because she was so weak.
The nurses and provider were very rude and made my mom feel as if she was lying about her illness she had going on. We will not be back. The last thing you need when you’re feeling bad is nurses and providers not believing you.
We will seek care elsewhere from now on.

Thank you so very much for the excellent care taken when I brought my husband in, he had fallen and we were worried about his hip. We were immediately taken to a room where my patient advocate came in along with a nurse, someone to take vitals, along with warm blankets. Within a few minutes the doctor arrived, talked with my husband and examined my husband and ordered the necessary tests. While we were waiting we were given a menu for dinner and it was delivered in short time, delicious I might add.
We received a diagnosis along with necessary referrals for Monday. We could not have had better treatment, Longview is fortunate to have a facility of this caliber. Thank you Hospitality ER
