I always try to come here for my inspections and oil changes the past few years, because the customer service is impeccable . Darren the assistant manger is always kind and understanding while being on top of things at this very busy location ! Today was no different - from Jayden guiding me through the bay with a kind smile and Christian with his humor and kindness . It's so comforting to have a place like this to go for service . Thanks again guys , I appreciate you very much !!!

I came at a busy time, and my car failed inspection because of a bulb. No biggie, I ask how much to have them replace it. 14$, for a 4$ bulb. Okay so I do down to O'Reilly's and install the 4$ bulb myself and have to wait in line again. Again, it was decently busy, but this time I passed. Felt like it took an hour or so. Check your bulbs and wipers before you go. I didn't and it took me twice as much time.

$125 for synthetic oil change is ridiculous. We get constant coupons in mail and Emails and the one we brought was expired. Instead of working around it they said we dont accept it. Cheaper going somewhere else without needing a coupon

They overtightened a screw on my air filter cover and snapped it. When I got home and raised the hood I discovered they had left a pair of pliers in there.

I had such an unfortunate experience. I drove in the bay and advised the CSR that I needed an oil change and I have a fleet vehicle so I should be in their system as I had been there once previous with great results. They performed my oil change, and before they closed the hood, they put 2 new wiper blades (in the boxes) on my hood. The young man then gave me the copy of my bill. I told him I didn't ask for wiper blades and did not want them. He said he couldn't reverse the charges. I pushed to the onsite manager and he also said it couldn't be reversed since my fleet vehicle management co 'approved it' already (in truth, fleet drivers have a dollar limit they cannot exceed w/o approval so NOT the same thing as being 'approved'.) I had no options but to take my not-installed wiper blades with me. I have called their customer service, my fleet management company ,and my in-house fleet manager to advise all that I feel like I was hustled and the company is paying for extra charges NOT asked for by me. I will not be returning so maybe they hustled an extra $50 today from my company but in the end they have lost a customer forever. Fleet vehicle owners beware!Service: Oil change

Went on my lunch break to get oil change. EVERY interaction with ALL staff was amazing and beyond. After done with service, my car would not start! Several staff came to take a look and offer help, started with checking my battery. (Not the issue) car displayed an odd error and Everyone jumped to research and try to help! I was so impressed with the kindness and compassion offered. After some time, I had to call for tow, and Christian, wonderful employee, offered to take me back to work...and did!! They kept my car and took care of the tow pick up for me!! Definitely recommend this place and all staff! Thank you to everyone that made a stressful and embarrassing situation manageable and not be made to feel like an inconvenience!!! A++++

This is the absolute slowest vehicle inspection I’ve ever had in my life. I went to the Ford house. It took less than three minutes. They are getting oil changes. Done faster than they are getting the inspections. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

After waiting for over an hour in line, my daughter and myself went inside the small lobby area to wait. A sweet, older lady was inside as well. One of the technicians came out and tried to convince her her air cabin filter was dirty. When he left she said she had just had it changed and it didn’t look that dirty to her. I explained they like for you to change them often but she said it was expensive and didn’t have the money to change it again. I told her I’m sure it would be fine to wait until the next time. All of a sudden the technician came out and rudely told me I needed to leave for bad mouthing their business and they made us leave after waiting over an hour. We were from out of town and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I sat behind a vehicle that was getting an oil change for 50 minutes. This is not quick. There were several workers just standing around. Valvoline normally doesn’t operate like this.Apparently they went to parts store to get a filter for this vehicle and just left me hanging. Horrible customer service.

Well. I was a customer back when it was Time IT Lube through the transition to Valvoline until this incident. I will never go back. They handled all of the oil changes since we purchased the car from a local dealer. This trip, they made my wife wait two hours in the heat because they stripped the oil pan bolt. She called me, and i got involved. I spoke with the shift manager and ended up waiting for an additional hour for him to go back and forth with someone from corporate to approve another shop doing the work. The shift manager failed to inform the store manager and the next shift manager before he took his time off. I wasted an additional 2 hours waiting on staff to get in touch with the shift manager in order for him to keep him word and make the arrangements. After the work was done, they only wanted to pay for half.
