Boss Lady Sheri is the BEST! she greets everyone she can as they come in, communicates well, checks in with the classrooms to make sure everything is going smoothly, she creates such a friendly and homely environment for the whole daycare! She also has the BEST staff under her wing watching over and teaching the little ones! Highly recommend Handprint Academy of Longview to anyone!!!!

We’ve had our kids at Handprints Academy for several years and would not want them to go anywhere else. Mrs. Sherri, the director, has always been open and accommodating. We’ve loved all of their teachers. Highly recommend.

My daughter has been going here since she was 6 months old. She's now in their Pre-K program. I'll be sad when she starts Kindergarten because it'll be hard to leave our Handprints family. This school has gone above and beyond to accommodate for my kid. Sherri is an incredible director who is ALWAYS there making sure everything runs smooth, the kids are happy, the parents are happy and there's plenty of extra activities to do. I wouldn't take my daughter anywhere else.

Ms. Sherry is the most amazing director!! My girls have been going to Handprints’s #4 for over 4 years. We couldn’t ask for a better daycare/preschool. She truly cares about every child. ❤️

LOVE this place. They are always so nice, genuinely care about the kids and even the parents. I even loved working here, so from behind the scenes to now having a kiddo, I would def recommend. Sherri is the best boss, director and care giver.

Mrs. Sheri is absolutely amazing! We had a terrible experience at another daycare in Longview and after picking up my son one afternoon, I swore I’d never take him back. I called Mrs. Sheri and she got him right in. We’ve been there the last 3 years and have nothing but positive things to say! She truly cares about all of the kids and forms meaningful relationships with each of them and their parents. We love Handprints

Handprints has been our daycare home for the last seven years! Sheri has been the director for the majority of that time and we have been blessed to have her. Our children are ND and she has ensured they get great care while at handprints.

I would not recommend handprints academy on Gilmer rd. Do not send your children to this school. Due to their lack of staff and their unprofessionalism they kicked out my son and failed to file any kind of incident report showing how my son was injured at this facility. My family and I are pressing charges. The cooperate office has done nothing to make amends or apologize for my child being injured. I advise parents to take their children elsewhere for their saftey and well being.

Brought my daughter here, kids take your phone, kids are throwing I pads, moaning saying inappropriate stuff, AND THE TEACHERS SWEAR AND GET AWAY WITH IT

I would not recommend handprints academy on Gilmer rd. Do not send your children to this school. My son Gio was left with handprints on his neck, petiki, and nail indentions around his throat with no report of how he was injured, then they proceeded to kick my son and daughter, out of the school due to their mistake. They are short staffed and do not properly supervise the children.Due to their lack of staff and their unprofessionalism they kicked out my son and failed to file any kind of incident report showing how my son was injured at this facility. My family and I are pressing charges. The cooperate office has done nothing to make amends or apologize for my child being abused. As a concerned mother I advise parents to take their children elsewhere for their saftey and well being.

My son has been attending handprints for some time now and we absolutely adore this school. This is not just a place that you drop your kids off at to be babysat, they actually learn and I definitely see the results with my son. Director is very attentive and obviously loves what she does and cares for these children. Wouldn’t ever take my children anywhere else as a parent this is the best choice out of any school around.

My daughter is in Pre-K at Handprints Academy and she is learning so much. She will definitely be prepared for Kindergarten next year! She loves going to school and loves her teachers! The school always is decorated for each season and is very clean and smells great all the time! I am so glad we chose this school for our daughter!

Handprints (and previous ownership) has really been a great option for our working family for 5 years now. Handprints has provided a loving, safe and educational environment for our kids. Their hours and after school program have allowed us to have one location for convenient pick up for both our kids both school and non-school aged. I like that they are on the Spring Hill bus route so my school aged kid could be dropped off afterschool. I can pick up both school and non-school aged kids in one swoop. We have also tried other options in Longview but they are closed a lot more for holidays and close at 5:30 that make pick up stressful (6 makes it a lot easier for us). We also appreciate that Handprints is open for an option for our school aged kids when schools may be closed for school holidays. This has really helped us working parents out to have those options when we need them. There was a time of transition between ownership where things were not as smooth. But really things have improved for the better over time. While there continues to be turn over in staffing of teachers the turnover rate has an overall downward trend from our perspective and the reasons for turnover as of late are due to teachers moving on to other things in their career advancement and not for issues. During the latest transitions, the teachers have waited for their classes to advance to the next aged class because of their dedication to the kids. This makes it much easier on the kids and is a more natural change. The replacement teachers that have been hired in the most recent years have really been great. There seems to be a greater focus on education in the recent years as well. As we are in Pre-K this year, they really are concentrating on preparing them for Kindergarten. We would strongly recommend Handprints to working families looking for a childcare option that has them in mind.
