Experienced a minor issue with an Online / Curbside Order today due to what I will refer to as a “TECHNOLOGY GLITCH”. Store associate DEBORAH noticed I had been waiting awhile in a pick up lane and approached my vehicle to see if she could assist . Once she realized there was an issue she immediately investigated the problem and quickly had it resolved. She then promptly delivered my order and loaded my items into my vehicle. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMMUNICATION SKILLS DEMONSTRATED BY THIS YOUNG LADY TODAY ! Brookshires LV on Gilmer Road DEBORAH is a real asset to your staff.

“I'm really impressed, I wasn't there for groceries. I was there to dump tons of coins into the coinstar machine, exchanging coins for bills lol. I'd never used the machine before so I started reading the instructions just to make sure there wasn't something besides just common sense. The cashier must've seen me intently reading and immediately left the register and told me she would help me out. I didn't even look around or have to ask, she just went above and beyond her duties as a cashier to help me. (I will go back and find out her name and add it soon) . Thank you young lady, you were a wonderful example to other employees!!!!”
“The Brookshires Walgreens in Longview is outstanding! The pharmacist personally assisted me, something I haven’t experienced at other locations. Initially, my medication was sent to the wrong pharmacy. Despite feeling unwell, I was directed to this Walgreens, only to find my prescription still missing. However, the staff went above and beyond—calling the correct pharmacy, transferring my prescription, and filling it in under ten minutes. No wait, no long lines, and no feeling like a bother—just friendly, knowledgeable, and exceptionally helpful service. Thank you, Longview Brookshires Walgreens on Gilmer Road, for being the best!”

People are still just as friendly as ever and helpful and since I've been in this town for 60 years and they've only moved the store around one time that I'm remembering, I know where everything is everything especially in the meat market! Highlight of my day is to go shop at skinners!”

“Almost ready to take away a star or two. System messing up again (been going on a couple of weeks) & unable to use our fuel points for the discount. Staff tried to help repeatedly but computer(?) issues prevailed. Continued issues with the app & alternate Id # had to be reentered several times. Longview needs a bigger, better kroger!”

“I have been to this super market several times and I think it is great here. I find a little bit of everything, many Mexican items, fruits, vegetables with a lot of variety and always fresh, as well as offers, I also really like that it has a very stocked butcher shop, fish and seafood, groceries and sell food and desserts. It really is a good place, always clean and everything tidy, the staff that works there is very attentive and friendly, always willing to help, here they serve us in Spanish, which I also like.
And the prices are affordable.”
“Our new stop on the way to Pittsburg. The kids have a chance to see planes leaving Gregg county airport and they suppy our road munchies at a responsible price. Who doesn't want to stop at a place that's called the Happy Belly Deli?”

“Super nice guy that runs the place. Willing to will and deal with you on most products in the store. They have a great selection to choose from no matter what you are looking for and not too bad on pricing. The only issue I have ever had is with the vapes. I have gotten at least three different name brands and either it only worked for a couple of days and supposed to be 4000 puffs, or I have had the grape QBox that when you hit it the vape would keep firing after you stopped hitting it. I had an Escobar that only operated properly one day then it after charging it for a full day it still was very difficult to get it to give a good hit. I can't remember what the deal was with the third one, but I immediately stopped using the vape as soon as I noticed an issue and I took it back with the Reciept from the day before along with the vape and demonstrated what it was doing only to be told it was normal for it to run out in two days which is completely false, but nonetheless I wasn't offered or given a refund nor was I able to exchange it for another one of the same price and brand. That really upset me because of the amount of business I have brought there, and the fact that the vapes are $20-$30 dollars each. Other than this situation I have been pretty satisfied.”
