Called looking for a part and woman was very rude so much for using them for anything I was trying to tell her the part I need it I did not hear her say hold on and she said well you just keep talking I'm not ready well you can be ready for now on because I won't call or come in there

I was so happy to find the Golf Cart Ranch folks at the Holly lake location, which was less than an hour from me. I knew after a phone conversation with them, that I could trust putting my treasured golf cart in their hands. My cart was an older Ezgo, fully lifted, so it did take a little longer to gather the parts needed, but they did such an excellent job. I have been enjoying using my card everyday cruising around my 15 acres with my two big dogs on board. We have not had a peep of trouble. So grateful to know that I have such a great resource should I need them in the future. Thanks again guys for spending the time to explain to me exactly what needed to be done and why!I do highly recommend the folks at Golf Cart Ranch !!!

We really enjoyed the experience in buying this golf cart. There was no sales pitch just questions and honest answers about the cart. Given the comparisons about other products, this cart fit perfectly what we wanted. The cart was ready when promised and a minor repair was completed in a timely manner. These guts bust their behind to make things right. Wish other companys were as easy to work with. Don't usually recommend services or dealings with various outfits, but I can unequivocally, and unhesitatingly state these are the people to deal with if your into looking for a cart or service.Above and beyond seems to be their mantra, dealing with me was probable not the most pleasant experience for them, had just gotten out of the hospital from open-heart surgery and did not want any complications to interfere in getting a cart quickly. They made it work!
