Nice, clean, professional looking shop with friendly staff. Really easy process to schedule appointment. Their website allows you to make an appointment online which is convenient. An hour and a half wait is a little ridiculous to plug a tire leak, but they were fairly busy and doing the job properly takes time so I understand.

The reviews are great, but my vehicle drives worse than before the alignment. It veers to the right and the steering wheel is noticeably veered to the left just going straight on flat surfaces. I look and my left tie rod is completely shot. That's something I would expect them to inform me of, but I didn't receive any paperwork or anything. Not impressed.

Longview store has unknowledgeable mechanics, told us everything looked good with the suspension on our truck. 5 miles later the ball joint broke.

Went to Mavis and was given excellent customer service by Cemone. She was very helpful and was able to convey everything i needed done to my car in a way that did not confuse me so i would not think i was getting taken advantage of. Would definitely recommend Mavis to everyone.

10/10 experience. Very experienced employees! Everyone in there was very understanding and had great customer service. A man named Brandon and a man named Josh helped me with my tire rotation as well as put on two new tires! Will be returning in the future.

Sat here for hours wondering what’s taking so long to find out a part on my car was broken by one of the employees and we were waiting on the fixed part to come in. Communication sucks here. Wouldn’t recommend

Went to Mavis Tire in Longview today after getting out of the car at a restaurant where my granddaughter heard hissing from one of the tires. We were having a girls day out with her and my 3 nieces. They all groaned when I said we had to go get the tire fixed first. They were all starving. Drove to the closest tire place which happened to be Mavis. Went in and told them what was wrong and they said they would get to it ASAP which took about 30 mins. 2 of my 6 yr/old girls kept watching anxiously because again they were starving. They fixed the tire promptly and told us no charge. All the men there were so nice and very tolerate of 6yr/old asking them is it ready yet. Wonderful place. I highly recommend it.
