“My only complaint about this place is that they aren't open longer. It's the best spot for brunch in Longview! Whenever family or friends from out of town visit, this is the place to take them. Delicious mimosas, local coffee, and tasty cocktails. Their avocado toast is consistently amazing, and that's coming from someone who eats a ton of avocado toast. Their outdoor seating area is so cute if the weather is nice, and the inside has fun paintings on the walls that coincide well with their dishes. The service is always nice too, they can keep up with the crowds and still make you feel special. I really appreciate when they bring out water for my dog on days I eat outside. My suggestion: add more vegetarian options to your menu!”

“It was mine and my family's first time stopping in while on a return trip home to Dallas from Plains, GA. The restrooms were clean, and the gasoline and diesel ⛽️ ? fuel was good ?! Past that, I really can't say much else except to say I didn't know 7-Eleven was into truck stops, BUT OK?! Maybe, we'll see y'all there sometime or another?!”

“The U-joints in my truck failed and we brought my Dodge 1500 truck in for repairs. The shop was busy and we expected to have it back in a week or so. This place had my truck repaired in just one day, despite having to also replace the driveshaft, and they charged a very reasonable price. “Ok, I'm from the Metroplex with family in East Texas. We wanted to eat somewhere new in Longview and saw the pictures and quality reviews of this place. Well, what I wasn't expecting was that the bistro was attached to a gas station. I thought it was a joke, but no, this shares a building with a gas station. But once we were seated, we decided to eat outside, which is in the south end of the building in former parking spots. However the view was quite nice. The bistro does a good job with the decor. It was all a little surreal, but I loved it. It's totally "East Texas" to have a bistro here. But you're not reading this for a review of the ambiance, you want to know about the food. Let me tell you, this place can compete with ANY restaurant in the DFW metroplex. It was delicious! The food options were amazing and the presentation of the food was wonderful. It was a delightful surprise. The flavors were spectacular, and the cost was reasonable. Once you extend your thoughts beyond the placement of this restaurant, and focus on the taste of the food, you will be transported to probably the best food in all of Longview, and East Texas. Well done!”
“I stopped to use the facilities. Bathroom was clean and had ample and paper towels. The one thing that could be better would be a trash can beside the potty in the ♿️ stall.”

“This location is constantly busy at least when I stop. Good for business of course. The staff are all nice and friendly. There’s two individual that shouldn’t work the same time they both are paced/multitasking challenged. Stood in like for at least five minutes if not more. Overall, there diversity has always been a plus Young/Older and so forth.”

“It would surprise the heck out of me if Skinner's ever went from a great store to a mediocre store! People are still just as friendly as ever and helpful and since I've been in this town for 60 years and they've only moved the store around one time that I'm remembering, I know where everything is everything especially in the meat market!
