When I first moved to Longview I gave this place a shot. I was a single mom, struggling to get around to work. I gave them all that I saved for a downpayment and they sold me a car that caught on fire three weeks later. They said I had to pay for it and I burned up the engine... Really? Three weeks after I bought it?Scum. Don't buy here. They picked up the car and harrassed me to continue to make payments while it was in their possession. I ignored them until they just stopped.

The truth is horrible, a month ago I grabbed a 2008 Lexus with 1000 down, I paid 200 in the mailbox and they say they were lost, they don't take care of that payment and Joy paid another 200 and the car has failed me twice in a month and They don't solve anything for me, they don't give me my down payment nor do they want to change my car. It doesn't seem fair to me.

Cause they won't give you time to pay your car note and they expect for u to pay it ever 2 weeks and than if u don't pay it by that time they'll come get ur car anytime they want to.. so please don't go to them at all

Car i have with them now has had nothing but issues tried speaking with the pwner because the issues happened straight off the lot and they have put it in the shop 3 or 4 times to fix but still having issues with it asked to see if owner would put me in something else but i cant speak to the owner directly and still want to speak with the owner because something needs to be done i paid 3300 down for a car dependable this car isnt cant even turn ac on because the engine is too weak as their mechanic told me they shouldn't have even sold it

Even if I choose not to purchase, this is the best car lot experience in East Texas! I have referred others here and they sale quality vehicles. I have purchased one vehicle and leased with them as well. People, communication is key! They are understanding and reasonable & just a family/friendly business.

They work with you on your payments and if you have a concern about your vehicle they will check it out. My power steering line had a hole in it and they got it fixed in a day.

The 2006 Buick Lacrosse needs an air compressor, the radiator has a leak, and the heater core leaks into the passenger side floor and it rains inside the car as well !!!! Just a "FRIENDLY " tip to whoever gets it make sure it's thoroughly checked before you sign paperwork. They've always worked with me with my cars but this last time after i told them about the car they wasn't tryna hear nothing but money....never had a bad experience with them until this car.
