I have never experienced the such great customer service as I do here. I also bank with Chase and Bank of America.
And although they do a good job. Here at First National Bank the workers always greet me with a smile. Even though I m annoying them at times. And at those times before I go we are laughing and having a good transaction. I have recommended them to family, friends and co-workers. Especially Aileen and Audrie is cool as well.

Can't stand this place. I got it to have an extra account to be able to use because they are open latter than my main bank.... but this is the 3rd time they have refused to cash a check made out to me for my window business. They say the have to see a check more than 4 times.... funny I never have this problem at chase..... but of course what should I expect from a bank in Walmart sharing the same space as a subway ?

absolutely rude and disrespectful. When you talk to anybody that's at the branch, they have an attitude. When you call to speak to somebody, they hang up in your face instantly and don't want to explain and give you information that you've been asking for

LOL!! this place so so crooked i have no clue how they have not been sued yet?!?!?! told 2 days for a check to clear from the state of alaska, they said after 2 days that they needed 5, then after 7 days they said they had to varify WITH THE STATE OF ALASKA that the STATE OF ALASKA had the funs in the account. they held my money for a total of 10 business days after promising two, when ive always cashed these checks with no hold at all. then during that ten days i became late on my loan payment TO THEM and they charged me late fees and dinged my credit. do not use this bank, crooked as it gets!!!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This bank is designed to rip you off. Takes advantage of low income families with rules that are tricky. I would recommend you consider any where before here, the worst banking experience ever! And this Branch has the Rudest employees I have ever encountered.

This bank is the worst bank I've ever done business with. I've had fraudulent charges three times on my account This bank said they would take care of it . Well guess what they never did. So I'm done banking here . Believe this bank doesn't care about it's customers.
