Walked in the store @ 17:31 knew exactly size and shoe I had wanted was ready to purchase, store associate walked to me not to ask if I needed help or if I knew what I want only to tell me they close @ 6pm.

My kids and I went into finish line today looking for shoes.. Camilla (spell check) was so nice and very helpful great customer service! The way she had me fighting back tears.. I'll definitely be back..

My husband and I went in today and was greeted so friendly by KP. We ended up buying 3 pairs of shoes and were super happy so THANK YOU SO MUCH!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

For me to take the time out of my busy life to leave a negative review, believe me when I say this was the WORST service experience I have ever encountered on 12/2/2022 around 5:20pm. It took 1 hour to return a pair of sneakers because the wrong pair was sent to me. Even after dealing with extremely rude & disrespectful staff (including the employee I spoke to over the phone whom the manager needed to call in regards to the online order) I still didn't get the item I originally ordered & they did not refund my money. I also called the service number the next day to report the terrible experience & have not been contacted back as the service representative stated I would after she took down my report & told me it would be investigated. It's been almost 1 week and nobody has contacted me. But I got 2 e-mails stating my order was canceled without reason or without my permission. If you want the WORST service experience, just come to this store. They will be un-happy to help you mess up your wrong order worse than it was & still take your money???

Went there 09/28 around 3 p.m. There were two young ladies working one of which who was pregnant and maybe she wasn't having a good day because the two were visibly talking about how they would leave and they didn't have to put up with "this".However they never greeted us, acknowledged us and never asked us if we needed assistance. We navigated through the store for about 5-10 minutes without being assisted and finally decided to just leave and go to another store, to spend our money. Unfortunately the store did not have the shoe I was looking for so we returned to Finish Line and I had to ask if they had my size in a particular shoe, because once again we weren't greeted. They didn't have my size and that's not their fault at all but there were no follow up questions to see what I was looking for, suggestions, recommendations or alternatives. It wasn't until one of the associates saw me taking a pic of the shoe and said "do you want me to look online", in a very rude way. I was definitely over both of the associates and my experience in that store so I declined.The customer service lacked significantly, they were honestly both very rude and unprofessional.

My first visit to this store in search of a pair of sky blue ? tennis to pair with this lovely two piece jumper and low and behold was treated quite nasty by the employee who assisted me. Her name was Nicole. Nicole, in my humble opinion needs serious training in customer service interaction. ? She was very rude and crass.

I’ve never shopped somewhere where there customer service was so rude! I was looking at a pair of gold and white Jordan’s and the worker told me that it was brown I’m sorry but I’m not color blind then told me I needed to look in the kid section so I found the same pair over there and no one would help me there was even a girl that worked there standing right next to me but wouldn’t say nothing but they sure could help everyone else! If I could put negative stars I would.
