Worst. FedEx hub around. My package has been in longview a week. And no attempt to deliver. I've had a package stolen by this same hub before. If it's the Tyler hub, no problem, but longview is the worst.

The automated phone system for this website is an absolute joke if you intend to speak to a live person.The customer service inside the store is toprate.

Real nice counter help, I was a little mad because they didn't deliver my package to my house. It needed a signature and they attempted to deliver to the wrong house. The package went back to the ship center at the end of the day and I had to go pick it up there. That counter staff were friendly and understood my problem. The staff had me show them where my house was and took note so that it doesn't happen again. We will see. But the staff was very friendly and wish more places had staff like them.
