Stopped in here to get some copies printed. The lady working showed me how to do it. It was great,not expensive. Even though it was above my pay grade. This business is fantastic. Have had packages dropped off here to pick up. No problems at all. The lady working here is fantastic

We did a business flyer today and received great help from Celita in preparing the file and wonderful feedback with new ideas from Lisa! We will be back for more flyers in the future!

Wish I could give zero stars. I came in to try and scan a document to my USB drive. When it didn't work and I tried to explain that to the associate, she proceeded to tell me that it's my USB drive and it is raggedy and beat up instead of helping. I just got this drive last year so no it is not used up. When you have customers in the store, maybe try actually helping them instead of accusing their products of being torn up.

Mandy is a shipping genius. Although the system was down she gave me specific instructions on what to do. I did what she asked and she was able to get my package shipped for me even though her machine was acting up and she worked around to fix for that as well. I really appreciate her time and effort.

Extremely rude people work here. They actually tell lies and make up their own policies.Charging additional fees for asking for materials to be printed the same day.These people should be reported for scamming.

You cannot depend on a shipping quote coming remotely close if you wait even 1 day. I got a quote for 2 packages. The total was just above $148. I confirmed sale on my items and shipped the next day for just above $190 and had to open a FedEx account for a discount from $220.This is bad business. Next time I will use a different carrier.

I used it 3 times in one day and until later I checked the info at my bank and they charged me 10 dollars for two copies that is a shame of this company

They wouldn't accept a drop off that had the correct label because it was printed on the box and not an attached sticker. I was turned away. However my local FedEx driver took the box with no problem. The lady in charge likes to tell people no for d*** reasons.

Have visited this fed ex office location several times. Have never had a bad experience with them. Great customer service.

It was the evening and the store was not busy. It was one customer being helped by a white woman I believe her name was Lorena. He was the only customer besides me in the store. There was black man with glasses working in the back. I assumed he was busy because he never even glanced my direction. Neither employees acknowledged me and pretended like I wasn't there. I only needed to scan and print however the machine was experiencing a delay. It asked me to put my card in and when I did it did not recognize it. I got back behind the guy at the counter and he had moved over. I explained to Lorena what was going on and she asked me what type of card are you using? Interesting question. She said she will help me after she finishes with the first guy and give me a convenience code almost as if she didn't believe me. I went back to the machine again and it finally recognized my credit card information.Now here is where things get really interesting. There was a white man who had came in after me as I waiting to be assisted and the black man with the glasses immediately comes up front and services him. I haven't seen anything like this in a long time. I feel like I was set back to the 1960s and it was even worse because it was another black man doing this. I will definitely be investing in a printer/scanner or going somewhere else because I never thought I would encounter racism at the local FedEx of all places. I asked Lorena for help with printing and she proceeded to give me the instructions as if I couldn't read them to begin with in a condescending manner. I was waiting for a retrieval code and asked her how long does it take to receive, I didn't need the instruction that she wasted her breath providing. To Lorena please work on your customer service and to the black man please work on your internal racism & your customer service.
