No proof of delivery for my laptop, ive been going around in circles for days trying to track it down. FedEx has gone out of their way to be unhelpful.

Never can talk to a person. Then they phone call gets ended by a damn robot. What happened to real customer service?!!!! This location sucks!!!!

FedEx! Don't advertise a site as a FedEx site unless it's VERY clear that it's a REAL FedEx site vs. being a surrogate site, which rarely has the same FedEx service level, including having to hunt someone down to get help and only to realize they don't offer the same services as a real FedEx site. Please fix this!

I've had both good and bad experiences here. Daytime employees are most definitely friendlier than the night shift. I still prefer UPS over FedEx

First employee stated, “You can do that yourself,” and walked off. The second said, “I thought you said you had emailed that. Well, let me know when you have,” turned her back and walked off. I have NEVER been treated so rudely by FedEx employees! These people are in dire need of additional training. I’m 66 years old and less tech savvy than folks of the younger generation, but my money is just as good. Sorry FedEx no longer values customer service.

Just don't look for Fed Ex signage. It is inside the office supply/quick print store.

The service counter older lady was friendly and helpful. She had a good sense of humor interacting with the customer. She looks like one person who enjoy her job. Give her a promotion and a raise.

Ever since I signed up for a FedEx account I ship everything Ground. So much cheaper and faster than USPS, the shop has all kinds of stationary and coot machines, an remote workers haven!

I read the reviews about this place, yes I do agree after trying the place, it's not the most welcoming atmosphere. She stood about 20 feet from me with mask and told me to step away from the stuff I wanted shipped in a stern voice. I think it's fine to be extra safe, but please be nice about it. Anyways they couldn't help me with what I needed and I had to go to the real Fed Ex store that is across town. This is primarily a print and office based store, if you need to ship other than that, go to the actual Fed Ex place. My first and last visit to this store.

Dropped off some Banners to be packed and shipped to My ATLANTA Hotel that I was staying at for a meeting the following week. Arrived in Atlanta for my meeting the following week. Alas, the fed ex guy packed someone else's crap. Moral of story: stay behind to watch these folks pack and label your shipment. Otherwise you never know what you will receive.
