I've had both good and bad experiences here. Daytime employees are most definitely friendlier than the night shift. I still prefer UPS over FedEx

Fast friendly service, and easy, doesn't get any better than that.

Just don't look for Fed Ex signage. It is inside the office supply/quick print store.
